KOTOR 1 and 2 Comparison..which is better?!?!?
Storyline: K1 Gamplay: K2 Characters: K1 Planets: K1 Quests: K1 The influence system was a good idea, but poorly executed I think. A lot of times it felt more like the characters were trying to influence you.

KOTOR 1 and 2 Comparison..which is better?!?!?
K1's story was better by far, as were the environments and music. It was complete for one thing, and actually interesting. K2's storyline was boring and had one of the most annoying NPC's devised - Kreia. :D Even with the cut content, I really doubt it'd be much better.

A Topic About Dialogue
^^^Agreed on almost all points. I think the game tried to force to many gray philosophies on you, mainly thanks to Kreia. And if you dared to disagree, you of course lost influence. My main gripe as you said was that it didn't feel like my choices really made much of a difference in the end.

Wow, your Biblical knowledge is profound. " There is no mention of torture listed at all in that verse, nor any verses around it. Perhaps you should just take a time out.- can sum1 fill me in
[serious response] Basically, the Republic and Mandalorian forces were fighting a stalemate battle on Malachor, and Revan's forces were too far away to assist them. Then, the exile decides to give the orders to activate the mass shadow generator (built by none other than bao-dur). The planet's gravity increases and all lifeforms on it are crushed. Then, the Republic wins. Yay. Then, the exile "feels the pain" of all those who died and becomes a wound in the force. Hooray.- Who's your fave KotOR 1 character?

If you're talking about oil, you would be wrong. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What do you mean? That OPEC produces more oil, or less oil? And seriously, how about arguing like a calm and rational person, instead of like one who needs a tampon change?- Bush wanted to bomb Al Jazeera
Oh PUHLEASE. Torture is consistant with Christian doctrine. Especially if you're a Christian who interprets the bible in a literal fashion, which the Christian right, and (Bush by extention) do. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Read the Bible before making stupid comments like that, thank you very much. I'm part of the Christian right (albeit not far right). I guess that means I condone torture then, hmm?- What are you playing now?
Great fun gaming that with my bro in law when we go out to CA and visit them. I'd definitely recommend it. :D <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I should have bought it yesterday, it was sold out. Should have know it would have went at a price of $29. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> A great game. I'd definitely pick it up. The campaign isn't as fun as the first one though, IMO. However, you do get to play as an Elite.- The end is the beginning is the end.
Guess I'd better get string before buying the 360, then.- KotoR 3: Ideas and Suggestions
The only reason I would support them using canon is that it'd make writing for continuation a heck of a lot easier. Writing for two characters is a lot easier than writing for eight.- Attacks outside Hospital

*ahem*- Who's your fave KotOR 1 character?
I think it's safe to say Bastila's backstory was mostly the game itself. It's where her character had the greatest impact and underwent the most radical changes.- Bush wanted to bomb Al Jazeera
Well geez, Hilde. The very first thing you posted in response to the article I linked wasn't outrage over the act or sympathy for those who died. It was just one of your dismissals of us handing out teddy bears being propaganda. How callous do you think that looked? Regardless if it's propaganda or not, we still do it, among other things to help the Iraqis, and you don't seem to want to hear any of it. It's all proganda to you. You may think of it as just a big sugarcoating of the war, but I don't think that's the case. Rather, I see us helping the Iraqis and the innocents killed in our operations as two sides of the same war. Neither of them are the "true face" of our soldiers, but both deserve to be shown. You just don't seem to want to hear the positive. As for your comment about the foreign fighters, I fail to see how that changes the situation in any way. It's an atrocity, no matter how you view it. And I don't think the article even meant to make it sound like the insurgents attacked us because we were handing out teddy bears. In an article, you have to to describe the events, and that is what they did. I think the fact that they chose to do it while we were handing out teddy bears makes the attack a little more poignant, though. And about your last part, why so, if you don't mind me asking?- happy birthday day
