  1. I smell an awesome easter egg... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I can see it now... PC: "HK, do you ever do anything besides think about killing meatbags?" HK-47: "Answer: Yes, master! Now that you mention it, I have something for you..."
  2. I don't know...ask Shryke. Actually, you voted for Disciple cause you felt sorry for him, so your vote can be disregarded. And I guess Visas got so little votes because "force sex" is no substitue for regular lip-mashing. @ Darkside: thanks for your kind words. :"> :D And I'm already working on a new chapter for my main fic.
  3. Hmm...that's a good idea! Maybe I'll send it in to LA and they'll include in in the K3 soundtrack...maybe it can be one of HK's dialogue options like the echani poetry w/ handmaiden.
  4. Aww...you flatter me, Darkside. :"> :"> Thanks. :D
  5. Actually, I just googled "rancor" and chose a cool picture. :D
  6. Malak's Jaw was bitten off by Moby Shick, the Great White Rancor. He travels the galaxy in The Leviathan in search of Moby Schick to get his revenge.
  7. His last three movies were overblown dreck that could have stood using a good deal of editing, and could have stood being a lot less unintentionally funny. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Um, no. You're wrong. You're absolutely wrong. I thought he did a superb job on the LOTR movies, and I felt they were among the best films ever made! And that's not my LOTR fanboyism speaking through, that's my unbiased opinion. While they all had flaws (length being one, but that was mostly unavoidable), I thought they were way better than most of the trash Hollywood churns out every year. And I'm sure most of the millions of fans who purchased movie tickets to see them would at least say there was something to like in them. As for King Kong, PJ is a great director, but I'm keeping my expectations low. King Kong just doesn't need a remake. It would be sweet if he did The Hobbit, just too complete the LOTR series.
  8. The fact that you're serious disturbs me even more. Even if you are serious, the ideas you come up with seem to have no point or practical value or, like this one, come up with a sick solution to a common, yet relatively unimportant problem. Maybe if you used some kind of editing program in the game to change your character, it would be okay. But you suggested a sex-change surgery station *shudders* which is real life, yet sick in it's own right. Oh well. Only a matter of time before Fionavar arrives.
  9. Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that whining was throwing a fit because Mommy and Daddy wouldn't buy you that pony you always wanted (personally I fail to see why every girl in the world wants a pony and a castle, I was always content Topgun and Ninja Trutles, but maybe I'm just odd ). It's so imature of Carth to be wary of others just because the one person he looked up to the most betrayed him and destroyed his entire planet, erasing his home, his memories, and the life he had once had. It's so pathetic that he's still upset about such a trivial thing as having to hold his wife as she died, helpless to do anything but scream for medics he already knew wouldn't come in time. He's so selfish to want a chance to see his son after all those years of thinking his entire family was dead, even if you're already (conviently enough) going where his son is anyway. Whereas you have the Handmaiden who is upset because her sisters don't like her very much and she has a crush on this cute guy but doesn't want to get in trouble (because Atris might take the pony back if she found out. ). NOTE: This was not a wild fangirl rant, but simply me stating my opinion in a way I thought would best get my point across. Believe it or not I was perfectly calm while writing this post. And if you think I need to get outside and get a real life, I agree one hundred percent. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually, I'm going to side with Darkside on this one. While Carth's whining did annoy me at times, I sympathized with his character. I mean, come on! What would you be like if your best friend and most trusted mentor betrayed you and became your worst enemy, and you lost your entire family and home planet? I doubt you would be happy about it. So yeah, I did feel sorry for Carth, even if he was a tad annoying. Too bad Darth Launch isn't here to express her Carth fangirlism. Oh, BTW Darkside, you convinced me to do this. I now posted a link to my fanfics on my signature. My main fic is VERY au, it actually includes Revan and the Exile in the same story, and has Nihilus as the main bad guy. Hope you guys like them. If you don't, you can flame all you want in the review section. :D
  10. Agreed, they would make a cute couple. Obsidian did a piss-poor job of concealing Kreia's true identity (her being a Sith Lord). And everyone knew Palapatine was Darth Sidioius, cause the prequals were made before episodes 4-6. I think the devs copied off Sidious for Kreia's character. Now if you'll excuse me...
  11. Did you finish it as a LS AND a DS character? Because I've heard that 's the way to trigger the easter egg. Other than that, there's not much else I can help with.
  12. Are there any other easter eggs besides the Atton lines and the Echani poetry? Cause I haven't heard of any. As for my favorite lines... Atton: Well, good thing it's not a trap. Handmaiden: What are you talking about? It's obviously a trap! On Nar Shadaa, where the Twi'lek who's looking for female dancers eyes Visas, he says something regarding her exotic beauty. Visas: "No!" Kreia: She says something like, "No man can have that kind of power and still be called a man..." and then when you ask, she says, "Power? No, you are mistaken." Kreia contradiction, for ya.
  13. 21?! You know what that means... legal age. :D unless you're not from the U.S. Great pic of Mira, by the way. Too bad you didn't finish it. It was looking real good.
  14. Eddo36, most of your threads end up being locked and/or deleted. TAKE A HINT. It's not that we don't like you posting wacky, off-topic threads, it's just that most of your ideas are lame/disturbing/sick. Puh-LEASE quit while you still have some dignity.
  15. Kreia: I feel pretty, oh so pretty, (Disciple joins in) I feel pretty, and witty, and bright!... Handmaiden: My hair? I lost it while playing with Atris's lightsaber. HK-47: Oh, 100 walking meatbags on the wall, 100 walking meatbags, you take an aim, shoot at the game, 99 walking meatbags on the wall...
  16. You mean, remove romances completely? That's a waste. Why would they do that? Especially considering how popular they were in the first one.
  17. I agree about Visas. I thought she was the best choice romance-wise just because of her potential and she had a lot in common with the exile. But she hardly had any dialogue or history. And I thought the "foce sex" scene with her was kind of weak. It was just a waist of potential. I did happen to find out that you can get that scene even if you're female, too.
  18. I liked the consular/Jedi Master/Sith Lord combination just cause I'm a sucker for force powers. :D Even as a LS consular/Jedi Master, I had so many force points I could use force storm a lot and still wouldn't drain my bar much. Of course, I also had a high charisma. I could just go into a room, put all enemies in statis field, and zap them to a crisp!
  19. I know, another poll, but I couldn't resist this one. :"> I searched the forums for one like this, and couldn't find one. The question is simple: who was your favorite romanceable character from KOTOR 1 and 2? This is NOT a "hottest character" poll. I'm only including characters whom you could actually romance with. So, apologies to all you Mira fans out there. And YES , I'm well aware that these are all computer animated characters, but this poll is just for fun. So back off. As for my vote, I would have to go with Bastila Shan from KOTOR 1 for a number of reasons. First and foremost, I found her character the most appealing. While she was arrogant, critical, and secretive at first, she gradually melted away as you talked with her and became a kind, compassionate, yet strong-willed woman. Not to mention she was very "gifted" feature-wise. I also thought the dialogue to flirt with her was pretty funny, even if a little cliche. My favorites included "your face is all scrunched like a kinrath pup" and "you could help: blink once for light, twice for dark" or something like that. :D One of the best parts was seeing her get all mad and embarrassed with you every time you flirted. Probably one of my favorite moments from the game was being able to redeem her from the darkside through your actions. I felt that added a lot to the romance, because after that it became much more than a mere sexual romance with her. That scene on the Star Forge was one of my favorites. And, not to mention, Bastila's romance was actually complete. I found it far more intimate and satisfying than any of the ones in K2. Not to mention that she's the only kissable character in the game. don't get me wrong, Visas is a great character, but Bastila's was way better, IMO. And there's my vote. Feel free to respond.
  20. Why, the one and only Darth Launch, of course. :D
  21. Yes, but don't expect anything near what you got in KOTOR 1.
  22. Somehow I managed to score as these two on the quizzes. :D
  23. Mmm...Yuthura...(snaps out of daydream) Awesome pic, DL. You really can work wonders with Paint. especially with all the details.
  24. Well, I'm holding on to the faint hope that the devs learned their lesson with K2 and that we'll get a kickass game in K3. @ 6FIR: K2 was a big disappointment too, I thought. But the game was also very successful, and LA should know by now that they have a franchise on their hands. But still, even though it wasn't that good, most fans want to see how the storyline ends and what will happen to our beloved characters Revan and the exile. K1 was a very good game. K2 was good, but a big letdown. I still think the devs can undo their mistake and give us a great game with a good story and closure. Besides, if they don't make a sequal, we'll be left with a story with a MAJOR cliffhanger. Not a good move on their part. So yeah, I am hoping for a sequel, but I'm hoping for a good sequal.
  25. :'( *sniff* It's so beautiful! Absolutely superb. You truly are a genius and an expert in your craft. Have you ever done a drawing of Revan in her Star Forge robes? They're just like the ones she wore as a Sith Lord, only without the mask, and they're white instead of dark red. I guess if you ever did a pic of her and Malak fighting, she could be wearing those robes. I always thought they looked cool. Keep up the excellent work.
