No, what does it mean? :">
-
Yeah, it does move very slowly. If you're still on Peragus, I would wait until you get off of Peragus. The next planet is where you can get a lot of LS/DS points. It may take a while before you actually notice a change. Try and earn as many LS points as you can on Telos, and you'll probably see the bar start to raise.

Helen L has a lot of good stories. If you liked it, try reading some of her other ones. :D Her newest one "Let your hair down" is very good. Actually, I have a few KOTOR fics on that site too, but haven't posted a link to it on my sig.

IN SPE........ <{POST_SNAPBACK}> SPE?
-
Actually, it probably has moved, but you haven't gotten enough LS points to actually see a difference. I would save in a new slot, then continue. Keep playing and earn a few more LS points, and then see if that makes a difference. If it still doesn't move, it might be a bug.

TSL Restoration Project Release Date
Dark Moth replied to Nur Ab Sal's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Nope. This is only for PC, I'm afraid. :'( We X-Box owners will be stuck with an incomplete game with a cruddy ending. Unless some kind of patch comes out for X-Box live, we're sunk. -
I strongly believe/hope KOTOR 3 will be made. It would be stupid not to do one, considering the amount of $$$ to be made. I don't think it will be made by Obsidian, however. It would be sweet if Bioware did it, but they already refused. As for right now, all we can do is cross our fingers and hope. And hopefully, we'll actually get a complete game when it does come out.

Oh! I know what you're pic is, Baley! It's Darth Nihilus in his larval stage! Oh, and happy birthday DL and Jodo! You both get a birthday kiss from Darth Malak. Nice comic by the way, Kaftan.

*Sigh* So tired. 1. And you must realize that your views are also just an interpretation. There is no concrete statement saying "we are all puppets of the force". Besides, if that were true, there would be no point to our existance. Even if the force influences, it does though for our benefit, not harm. Kreia viewed it as some evil manipulator, but I don't think that's true. And don't forget: the films may be shallow, but they are the first and they are official! So what they say goes. 2. As I said, he was not destined to become a killer Sith, but he was. That just proves my point. The force did not mean for him to be a killer of Jedi, yet he was. As for LS/DS, it is a description of you as a person, not your allegiance to Jedi/Sith. Not all Sith are truly evil, and not all Jedi are truly good. I think Luke was lightside, but Vader had managed to goad him into using the darkside to fight him. 3. And you're not immortal either. You are ascribing human motives to the force, which is far from human. The force has a responsiblity for the galaxy, and I don't think it would kill itself off just cause it was tired of living. I don't think the force even gets tired of living. As for "force cycles", I think now you're making stuff up. Unless I'm wrong, the force never went through cycles by killing itself off or renewing itself. So I stick by my opinion: Kreia was evil. Perhaps I would believe she was concerned about all life being pawns of the force if she didn't treat everyone else around her as her pawns, the exile included. But hey, as I already said, she is very ambiguous, and I can see why people would vote for her as 'neutral' (although 'good' I have a harder time believing)

Well, WITHTEETH, how can you expect me to help if you don't even make you're meaning clear? And about your first thread, don't forget that you pretty much made a mockery of religion and insulted billions of people worldwide. I'm not blasting you for expressing your views, I'm saying you could have done it in a much more respectful manner. In regard to this thread, I think you'll find that many religions in the world tend to be EXCLUSIVE, meaning that they view themselves as the correct religion. As a result, you won't find Muslims agreeing with the concept of Buddhists, for example. You won't see a Christian/Jewish/Muslim/Hindu church. Why? Because their views are different and their religion is exclusive. Christianity, like many other faiths, mandates that it is the true faith. As a result, Christianity wants its followers to convert as many people as possible to its path. However, it also stresses tolerance as well. That means that while we shoud convert, we should do so in an honest, respectful, non-hostile manner. If we cannot, we live in harmony with those around us, being respectful to their faith. That, I believe, is the best solution we can hope for: a world with a variety of different faiths living in harmony with each other. But as I said, I doubt you'll see a blending of beliefs anytime soon.

@ With Teeth: In regard to your previous thread, yes, you should seriously think before posting such offensive threads in the future. <_< Having said that, I'm not sure I really grasp the concept of this thread. What is your point?

TSL Restoration Project Release Date
Dark Moth replied to Nur Ab Sal's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
While Obsidian is responsible for the crappy storyline, they are at least partially responsible for not standing up to LA like Bioware did so they could actually give us a complete game!! As for the ending content (and correct me if I'm wrong), I don't really think time had to do with it. Think about it: the stuff was already there, but someone cut it out from the game. Whether LA or Obsidian is responsible, I'm not sure, but I don't think you can blame it on time. -
Possible to change from Jedi Master to Sith Lord?
Dark Moth replied to Ozymandyus's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Or course, us X-Box players don't get the friggin savegame editor! <_< As for the question, I don't think that's possible. Once you make the choice, you live with it. -
Yes, welcome Cubeoid! As for the Star Forge, it didn't generate the dark jedi, they were already there, residing on the Star Forge. As for the endings, I thought the Star Forge was way more memorable than Malachor V. Malchor V was boring, and you were buy yourself. It would have been way better, thought not better than K1, if the content hadn't been cut. In the Star Forge you faced a bunch of different enemies and even got some nice robes if you knew where to look. You also get to face and redeem Bastila as a LS Jedi. Not to mention that Malak seemed harder than Kreia. But hey, that's my opinion.

True, stick figures are nice. Oh, by the way, excellent comic, Sentry. Poor Bao Dur never gets any respect.

Who is the mystery woman in holo recording?
Dark Moth replied to User Name's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Careful Storm, anger leads to the darkside. But seriously, is it really any big deal? Perhaps he doesn't want to play KOTOR 1 for the soul purpose of finding her identity. -
Who is the mystery woman in holo recording?
Dark Moth replied to User Name's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Wait a moment!! So you haven't plaid KOTOR I, I guess? The woman in the picture is...(drumroll) She plaid a big part in KOTOR I. She had a rare gift called "battle meditation", which allowed her to influence entire armies! Cool, huh? As for why she's in the holocron, in KOTOR I (if you play a male) she and Revan fall in love in the game. When Revan had to leave her, he couldn't take her with him, and she left that message inside T3 with those instructions, in case the need arose. -
Si. Espanol no es muy facil. Pero, que es "ciento"? No puedo recordar. Although, don't you mean es instead of esta? Esta = temporary condition or location, es = descriptive? Oh well, who cares? Espanol me duele el cerebro.
-
Actually, many countries in the world have their population learn English early on. India is one example. Unfortunately, I think many english speaking countries aren't learning enough foreign languages. Right now I'm trying to learn Spanish, having taken it for three years already. Espanol es muy facil! (not really) So yeah, that's why Aimo can speak fluent english. (steps off podium)

(w00t) Me like. Your Mira pic is quite awesome. Please finish it! Also, you might want to color in her hairband. Kinda looks like fingers on her forehead. :D @ DL: Yes, it is sad your thread was killed off. The green dragon seems to be everywhere.

Would Mace Windu Have beaten Sidious?
Dark Moth replied to jodo kast 5's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
That was a very tough decision, but I voted no. I think Sidious might have been holding back just so he could deceive Anakin and convert him. Sidious made himself look helpless, and then made it seem like Windu was going to kill a helpless opponent which the Jedi are VERY against. As I said, it was a very tough decision, and I would've voted "I don't know" if that was an option. -
Actually, the game never made that clear. It was implied, but not confirmed. Just one of a thousand other things left unexplained. Right on Metadigital's forehead! :D (JK)

I'm reading "The Waste Lands: The Dark Tower III" by Stephen King. It's actually quite good, considering most of his books are very sssssllllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwww. It's part three of sevevn books in a series. So far, it's pretty interesting. It's kind of like "The Odyssey" and "The Lord of the Rings" set in a modern, American style epic! The 3 characters have just killed a giant, 70 foot, 3-4 thousand year old cyborg bear. Pretty neat stuff. I'm supposed to read "Tuesdays with Morrie" for school, but I think I'm going to wait until July. Anyone ever read it? I hear it's really good. Oh, and Old Skool Wheelman, lay off the immature, unfunny remarks. Too many threads are closed because of that kind of crap.

I just browsed your art forum, DL. :D (w00t) Very nice. You don't give yourself enough credit. Heck, I'd be lucky to draw a half-decent stick figure. Keep it up! Oh, and your DL pic is veeeerrrrrrryyyyyyy sexy.
