You could even build a town on your server and have a gateway of travel to a city on another server, making it seem like one seemless world.

It is difficult to get a review out early and still play 40 hours into the game at the same time.

Oddly enough my detractors often label me (falsely) as a conservative, but I defend CNN as the most trustworthy news source. I think that most reviews are written after a reviewer is maybe 10 hours into a game. If I were to write a review 5 hours into Doom 3 I'd give it an unfairly high score and the same can be said of games like Jade Empire who start rather strong, but peter down the to the finish and end at 15 hours. Hindsight is 20/20 supposedly. I think it might be interesting to ammend reviews upon finishing a game.

Arcanum also featured a toolset and online play like NWN, but I never played it online. You could play online with a party. I also liked that you could link your server to another and hop from one game to another with the same character if you liked.
