I travel and move a lot, but these days I'm back in Nebraska, in the US.

I agree. Just don't open attachments unless a close personal friend told you they were sending you something specifically. Install a firewall, utilize a good hosts file, use a good browser, check for spyware with both Adaware and Spybot, keep Norton in the background, and routinely do a HouseCall scan as well. I consider those standard prudent procedures that everyone with an internet connection needs to follow. You don't even want to see my list for servers. Then again, I work in IT for a casino.

They don't work 100% but I'm sure there are some people who read them. I'm a big fan of stickies. -
Yep. The exclamation points and all-caps proves just how pissed off about a game that he knows nothing about. DragonTamer, let's look at what we do know. Obsidian hasn't said jack or shit about Revan (spelled with an A - I figured since you worship said character, you should start spelling the name correctly. It's only been pointed out to you a few times now) or Bastilla. What exactly points to their death, or are you making a broad speculation and then denouncing a game company for said speculation? They also said their will be an HK model droid, who will have the same combat class, but they've also hinted strongly that it's not necessarily HK-47. So you can't say that HK-47 isn't with his master. You're also up in arms about how they might have been seperated, when they got seperated before KOTOR to begin with. The Obsidian devs have a history of taking Bioware technology and producing better games. KOTOR:TSL isn't released yet, and you're calling them idiots. Your opinions are childish, rash, and close-minded. I highly encourage you to calm down, wait for December and play the game before you make a decisions. If that is too difficult for you, then I recommend an intervention and some serious therapy.

how Revan's face should be done in STL
EnderAndrew replied to Eddo36's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
First off, you have multiple save games. On my X-Box, I have over 40 KOTOR save games from different people playing and beating the game at my house. Secondly, it was dismissed because Obsidian decided to do so. That is their perogative as designers on KOTOR:TSL. Lastly, I'm putting money on the option that we won't see Revan's face in the game. It will be covered in a mask, or we will only hear of, and vaguely see Revan's impact in the game. Also, what about hacked or cheat save games? Will KOTOR:TSL freak out on those? What about people who didn't play the first game? There are a lot of reasons why this is a bad idea, and no real strong arguement for why to include this feature. To top it off, it's a moot point. The KOTOR forums are really starting to bore and bother me since people just want to argue about features they want included that Akari already said aren't going to be in, and it would be too late to add regardless. -
I think most people seem to miss some MAJOR plot-points in the prequels when dismissing them. Go back and watch Episode 1 (or don't, but go back in memory). At the end of Episode 1 Mace and Yoda are talking about the death of Darth Maul. Mace asks if Darth Maul was the apprentice or the Master. Yoda looks over to Palpatine. In Episode 2, Mace and Yoda are talking about whether or not they should mention to the Senate that their ability to use the Force has been diminished by the Dark Lord of the Sith. Go back, and look at how Yoda observes and treats Anakin in both Prequels. If you can get your hands on the early scripts for Episode 2, there are some neat conversations between Mace and Yoda over the Lost 20, and the Dark Lord of the Sith. It amazes me how Star Wars geeks notice the smallest details in the OT, and worship them, but they miss major plot points in the prequels. I think Yoda knows about Palpatine, but isn't powerful enough to stop him, or knows that the Anakin Skywalker has to be that one due to the "prophecy". Yoda knows the Jedi Council has over-stepped their bounds, and the Force must be brought back to balance with a wiping of the slate. Why is Yoda watching Anakin as he slaughter's the Tusken Raiders? Why do the continue to allow Anakin to be in the Jedi Order after it? Who is Darth Siphdius? Who created the Clone Army? Why did Mace lie to Padme about Dooku when they knew what Dooku was up to? The prequels are quite flawed, but there is more going on than most fans seem to notice.

I'll take Gromnir. I think the Governator will develop "tumors" trying to discern him.

Bastard! I mean, congratulations!

I find it to be lazy forum behavior in general. If you're new to a forum, you need to read the forum rules, stickies, and look around before creating new topics. People who don't want to read any one else's posts, but want to be able to throw in their two cents irk me to a certain extent. -
Jedi can sense the Force in others. Obi-Wan and others object to him being around, and Jedi training takes time for anyone not a Skywalker.

Should Obsidian have stuck with original cast

KOTOR:TSL is going to be awesome, but Dig Dug: The RPG is going to own everything! -
Stormtroopers vs Sithtroopers
EnderAndrew replied to Bokishi's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I was just in Best Buy looking at the Star Wars DVD commericals on the DLP TV's and it just looked gorgeous. I know it's bad, but I can't resist, and I will own the DVD's. -
Since ANH was filmed in the 70's, he has to progress towards 70's hair in Episode 3.

Well, I'll bet the one positive vote is the person who started this topic. Everyone else is against it. -

Who Do You Want Back For Kotor2

DragonTamer, You haven't seen KOTOR:TSL, nor the new characters and you're already calling it a mistake. You have much to learn my young Padawan. -

I really dug Candeous up until his supposed character progression.

Should Obsidian have stuck with original cast
EnderAndrew replied to Drag0ntamer's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
First off, they're level 20 characters as already stated. Secondly, the characters have had whatever small growth their going to have. Thirdly, why write someone else's characters? Lastly, and more importantly, I think Obsidian is going to make better and more memorable characters. -
Stormtroopers vs Sithtroopers
EnderAndrew replied to Bokishi's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Actually storm-troopers are suddenly all now clones. The new Star Wars DVD set has all the storm-trooper dialogues dubbed over by Jango Fett's voice. I kid you not. -
Some have suggested that Egyptians had battery technology. I kid you not.
