I don't want to fill this thread with off-topic spam and all, but my advice to the players is to get your stuff in early. If all the players are done, turns can end early and gameplay can move. Waiting 4 days for nothing isn't fun.

Yep. The player model changes based upon your alignment. Then again KOTOR pulls this off with multiple sexes, and multiple models. Fable only has one player model.

I was, but I stepped away when most team members refused to stay in contact. I spent all my time babysitting, while people debated the direction of the project rather than handling the tasks laid out before them. Mind you, I did disappear for a while, but that was a combination of my frustration with one really dissenting team member, my computer dying, and personal issues popping up. When I was able to come back to work a few weeks later, the same team member was trying to junk the plot and kept arguing about eveything and dealing with petty ****. I'm not interested in childish games. I just want to put out a finished product. And to do that, I think I need to be harsh and authoritarian around next time around. I'll take suggestions, hand out a design doc and tasks, and people can either do them, or not be on the team.

Fair enough. It was a ****ty feature to be cut. You can have homosexual romances, but you can't play as a woman. Let's cater to a 5% audience per se, and eliminate 50% of the population.

We should get back on topic, but I seriously wouldn't be opposed to inviting back Corpse, and maybe a few others that were serious about work and atleast knocking out the demo. I honestly believe a playable demo could be accomplished in about a month of serious work. It is only a couple maps, plenty of dialogue, and some scripting. We had plenty of good scripters and programmers sitting on their hands itching for work, and no artists or mappers willing to do anything. Either way, eventually I intend to do whatever it takes to put out a playable demo some day. I just have no intention to associate myself with some of the former team members.

I've seriously been thinking that I still really want to do Fanout. Too bad I couldn't seem to get people to actually get work done. I may have better luck with a smaller, more focused team. I also should have been firmer with getting on people. I've also been looking into ways that I might just try and put the damned demo myself, but I don't think I can make a new model for the PC. I think the design for Estes was really solid and there was some really good ideas there. Edit: The same loser who insisted on rape quests only added dissent, and drove team members away.

I also really like Crying Freeman. What kind of anime are you looking for? Humorous? Hentai? Dark and gritty? Mech action?

I'd like to see a series where you had a reasonable level-cap (if we had to use a damned level system) and you could then keep the same PC through all 3 games. I think in the end people would prefer it over Uber-PC right away, but not keeping your PC.

Really? ATI said the 360 GPU will be better than any PC card they put out when the 360 ships, and NVidia said the PS3 GPU will be better than two 6800 Ultras.

Palpatine is pretty in his own special way. And no one seems to be defending console shooters in here.

In a few months we'll see GPUs based off the technology going into the PS3 and 360 that should lower prices all around.

Though the series ending is a bit of a letdown. The movies make up for it. Other than the last episode of the one year series, every episode seems better than the previous one. It builds quite well.

I don't know about insightful! :darque: Damnhippies50, my suggestion is more often than not to use the Search feature and respond to existing topics rather than create new ones. You'll find 9 times out of 10 there is already 5 topics existing for anyone you wish to create. No one here seems to care about necroposting, so it's all good.
