I could go either way on this. I think I'd have faith in either company. The main reason, though, that I'm leaning slightly towards Obsidian is because they wrote the story of KOTOR2 and thus might have a better idea what they want to do to continue that story. However, if KOTOR3's story is not in any way a continuation (much like K2 wasn't really a continuation, per se, for K1), then I guess it doesn't matter who does it, as long as they aren't Troika.

No. KOTOR is NOT a MMORPG and never should be. If you want ELEMENTS from the KOTOR to be used in a MMORPG, then that might be a valid suggestion. But I wish people would stop trying to change KOTOR into something it's not. <_<

It's less than 2 months away from the proposed PC release date and the main site still doesn't have the system specs listed on the game info section yet. Obsidian, do you guys know what the specs are yet? Or is that up to Lucasarts to come up with once they've got their hands on it?

I tried to learn how to speak Australian while I was down there on vacation but I never quite picked it up. They're a funny bunch.

Too bad BioWare didn't do the same thing with KOTOR that they've done with NWN; release downloadable modules that aren't as long as the original campaign, but that maybe let you play as different characters in 'less epic' adventures.

Are the approximate release dates known for all the games listed in the first post? It might be even more helpful if those were added to each game so we'd have a general idea about when to expect each title.

With my usual luck with computers and games running smoothly on mine, I don't think the word "lucky" fits me. After the last patch, I don't know any people who have had issues with the PC version (other than minor hiccups).

Yeah, but what does fanfic have to do with the NJO? Ender was making a comment that the NJO wasn't to his liking. So bringing up what some sex-starved fanfic writer wrote about doesn't help or hinder the case about the NJO being bad.
