  1. So that's why Jags is being so nice to him. :D
  2. As opposed to the wonderful scenes between Padme and Anakin? Sorry, but I can take ANY Leia/Han "love scene" over watching Natalie Portman and Hayden Christenson moan and cry like 12 year old kids who think they're in love.
  3. As long as a guy named mgnails isn't heading (or even a part of) this project, I have faith in it.
  4. The stories were both enjoyable, IMO, until the ending. Thus I voted for KOTOR 1 because the ending was more satisfying (yes, it was simplistic, but so are most SW stories).
  5. I'd say all Lucasarts has to do is look in the mirror to see where things went wrong.
  6. What does AFAIK mean? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> As Far As I Know.
  7. What the deuce is a quote board?
  8. haha I think Darque takes more teasing on this board about her love of RE than anyone. Well, maybe Volo and his butchered spelling job.
  9. Oh but I do. Just because I don't go around bragging about my so called "connections" or so called knowledge of everything that is Star Wars doesn't mean I don't know anything about what I'm talking about. If Continuity was good, then they wouldn't need to go back and FIX things. By definition, continuity means that one story flows to the next. If you are watching a movie, and then after the movie they get complaints that certain parts contradicted themselves, that would be bad, correct? But by your definition, all they'd have to do is re-release the movie after they make changes and everything would be "perfect". Sorry, that's not the case.
  10. There's a spoiler forum for this stuff. <_<
  11. Understatement of the Year so far.
  12. But aren't you the same person that wouldn't let the issue drop about the flying crab (ie. the Basilisk War Droid)? You refused to admit that the KOTOR version was "legitimately" continuity, yet now you are saying KOTOR is continuity. And, furthermore, you're the one that argues that continuity in Star Wars is fine and has no flaws. You certainly do change your mind depending on whether it suits your argument or not.
  13. When was it confirmed that KOTOR is even part of official continuity? I'm pretty sure that they'll do whatever they feel fits best the story of KOTOR 3 in regards to the Mandalorians' role.
  14. Based on that description, it sounds really good. If it's a Russian developer, does that mean it'll take forever to arrive over here in North America?
  15. Why am I not surprised that Darque was the first (and only) person to answer a Resident Evil question?
  16. He doesn't make sense when he's hungry too. I think the last online game I attempted was that 30 day free trial of City of Heroes. My comp just usually can't handle online gaming, and I personally get frustrated with many online gamers who just goof around and act like idiots when I'm trying to have a series (relatively speaking) game.
  17. Baley would make my Junkmail folder proud. :D
  18. I'm not really familiar with the d20 system either, apart from limited exposure in the bastardized version that KOTOR I and II used. Yet, I didn't take "30 minutes" to fight and defeat Kreia, or have the slightest bit of problem with Sion. I'm sorry, but if he had problems with those two, I shudder to think how he'd do in some of the endboss battles in games like BG especially, but even games like NWN, IWD, FO or PS:T.
  19. Padawan, but that's mainly because that's how I see the best scenario for the story. Since we've already been a "master" and a "veteran", the only thing left is to be a lowly padawan that is charged with saving the universe.
  20. You kind of lost me with your overuse of repetitiveness there, so excuse me if this question sounds daft. Are you saying you found the endboss battles too hard?
  21. Whichever one has the best game library at the point in time when their prices start to drop. I've never been a big Nintendo fan (of all the Nintendo systems, I've only ever bought the first one), so it'll be between the PS3 and the XBox 360 if I do get one.
  22. Oh the irony. I find it amusing when people call other's names, but can't even spell the character's name correctly.
  23. In my 4 play throughs as permutations of either male/female, or LS/DS I've never gotten that dialogue option. It still haunts me to this day.
  24. Ewen MacGregor, IMO, has done a good job with the Obi-Wan character. And I thought Heyden Christensen did a better job in Ep. 3 with Anakin. Natalie Portman still sucked donkey balls as Padme.
  25. Read my post in its entirety. I didn't say I was being forced to buy a XBox 360 in of itself. I said if I want to play Bioware's new games it looks like I'm forced to buy a XBox 360. My post was more about asking whether these same games will be available for PC, or whether I'll be "forced" to buy a XBox 360 if I want to ever play them.
