Read my post in its entirety. I didn't say I was being forced to buy a XBox 360 in of itself. I said if I want to play Bioware's new games it looks like I'm forced to buy a XBox 360. My post was more about asking whether these same games will be available for PC, or whether I'll be "forced" to buy a XBox 360 if I want to ever play them.

I don't necessarily agree. Did you not see Palpatine's transformation? Or the fact Anakin's eyes started to take on that eriee glow under the hood? Also, is it that hard to type "to" rather than "2"? <_<

So basically Bioware is forcing me to buy an XBox360 in order to play any of their new games?

I think I'm one of the few who actually likes the post RotJ EU material. Mainly because I like the introduction of new characters. I'm not a fan of Han, Luke and Leia's portrayals in the post-RotJ stuff, so for me it's like a continuation of the saga, but with different people in starring roles. Although a lot of the stuff is rubbish, there's a couple that I do enjoy (the Thrawn trilogy being one).

Actually, I wouldn't. In fact, even for a movie I DID want to see (Ep. III), I waited until cheap night at the movies to see it. I didn't see it the first week it was open. Not to mention when AotC came out, I didn't see it until it was on video, and TPM, I saw about 2 weeks after initial release. But yes, I'd eventually go see it, because that's how big a Star Wars fanatic I am. But if I had my choice (which is basically what he's asking), I'd prefer they didn't do Episodes 7 to 9, but instead created a brand new storyline.

Simple. I don't want them to do Ep. 7 to 9. I want the Skywalker saga ended at RotJ. If Lucas wants to make more Star Wars films, then different characters and storyline.

That was the response by one of the DEVS, either of Obsidian or Bioware back when this forum had a "KOTOR II suggestion" board. Someone asked about modding and why it's so difficult, and the answer was something about because Lucasarts didn't want KOTOR to be modded. So although it CAN be modded slightly, Lucasarts hasn't been forthcoming with toolsets and such to allow further, and deeper, modding to take place.

The reason why the game can't be modified as well or as easily as the NWN game is because Lucasarts doesn't want it to be. I'm sure if Lucasarts wanted the game to be heavily modded such as NWN, all they'd have to do is get the developers to release the actual toolset or whatever.

I thought the Jedi Masters fell way too easily. Especially the ones that accompanied Mace to arrest Palpatine. Like what was that? Gee let's stand there and let an old guy stick a lightsaber in me without trying to block or move.

Surprisingly, I've never played an Indian Jones game. Depending on early reviews, this might be a game I keep an eye on (even though 2007 is still quite some time down the road).

I read the novelization. There's dialogue between the "spirit" of Qui Gon and Yoda in the novel, whereas it wasn't shown in the movie.

Yes, yes I was. He looked like a mechanical chicken with the way he walked and was hunched over. I expected him to look "cooler" than he did. IMO, his design was a major disappointment.
