  1. Soon all your base will belong to us. :D
  2. (w00t) 15 years old right? They start off younger and younger every year! ---- For shame! ---- I would also like to know, I have been starring at it and waiting for 10 minutes. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Same here - I guess great minds think alike. :D ---- Happy B-Day Baley. Here's your PRESENT!
  3. Surely our President can't be wrong. :D
  4. This game is like Mornington Crescent, isn't it? " <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It is. " Also: I'm in. :D
  5. The main course for today is Roast Turkey, followed by Turkish Delight for dessert. ^_^
  6. Exactly - Real men retire to the sanctuary of their private bunkers... "
  7. Forget that - Kaftan, Ender and I called dibs on the WWIV map... And one can't argue with the universal power of dibs. :D
  8. And if Science Fiction has taught us anything, is that by sticking in a few apostrophes anything can be turned into a new alien race: ph34r teh aak'Nrtw!
  9. Too bad the art in the anime was no where as good as the manga.
  10. And for the last blessed time, it's Nartwak, not Natwark! ^_^
  11. No no, it'd be lots of fun. Just take a look at this Game Report. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> ...um, NO. <_<
  12. Quoth the player who never wanted to find replacements in the first place... Such partisanship would have obviously failed to render any vote unanmious due it its inherent conflict of interest. "
  13. Except in the Hollywood movie.
  14. Not to mention that it's truly poor sportsmanship to deny a restart when only 1 move has been played and vitually 50% of the nations are placed at an inherent disadvantage. Futhermore, the rejection of the majority vote in favor for the restart was flat out ignored under the premise that it lacked unanimity. This course of action defiles any semblance of a democracy. Clearly if the vote lacks unanmity then one can't choose a course of action opposing the majority vote. If anything, the game should be aborted. That, or it should adere to the majority vote. I can only fathom at why a player would want to join a game which lack the very abilty for them to compete equitably. But despite being less than thrilled, I feel I should at least be responsible for giving Nartwak some chance by the time he recovers.
  15. Come on people! Surely you know nothing beats Fawlty Towers. "Well, may I ask what you were hoping to see out of a Torquay bedroom window? The Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeeste sweeping majestically across the plains?" :D
  16. Just before we get back on topic: That reminds me of one of the creepiest X-Files episodes I saw : The one with the 3 inbred, incestuous, canibalistic brothers who stored their sex-slave midget mother (who in turn was sex slaving her sons), in a sliding drawer under the bed. Of course living in the hyper liberal society of today, we can't explicity say anything against inbred, incestuous, canibalistic sex-slaves for fear of being labeled an inbredo-incestuouso-canibalistico-phope. Therfore, I'm only at libertly to state that the inbredo-incestuoso-canibalistico lifestyle concerns me.
  17. Good thinking Ender. I'd just like to add that Number Man showed interest in an earlier game. Given that he can handle the rigors of our VtM game, I'm sure this won't be a problem for him.
  18. "I could use a jolly sucking right about now good chap."
  19. Also: Archie - if you had gone for the Iberian Gamble and successfully stolen a centre, you might have been back in the game after all. Given that Kaft now has to disband a unit (it could even be the army he has in Edinburgh), you might just have been able to take back one of your supply centres. Just goes to show one should never give up my friend - but I look forward to our next game together.
  20. Agenzia Giornalistica Italia, Dicembre 10, 1902 Operation German Shepherd a success! by Luigi the Chef A stunning series of simultaneous attacks from its western, southern and northern flanks bamboozled the once proud nation of Germany into submission. As a result, Kaiser Kaftan's forces have taken to retiring to a peaceful life in Great Britain. The English goverment itself has collapsed following the schizophrenic nervous breakdown of their former Prime Minister Archie. Lord Jaguar however issued an apology to his good friend Kaiser Kaftan - stating that the invasion of Munich was undertaken without his consent by his impetuous general, Grand Inquisitor Nartwak. Many are touting Grand Inquisitor Nartwak to be the likely successor to Lord Jaguar. Meanwhile Kaiser Kaftan himself is believed to have retreated to Argentina setting himself up an illicit drug ring, trafficking cocaine to Europe. Combined with the money laundering allegations he's facing from Switzerland, many speculate Kaiser Kaftan to still have deep rooted connections with the Jagbino crime family in Italy.
  21. Looks like Volo just can't get enough of Kreia, so he voted for her 3 times. ^_^
  22. Three ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Baley likes to lurk in mode, you see. 'Tis very annoying. Next time we catch him we'll have to give him the treatment.
  23. *sees three shadowy figures on the horizon...and one foul smell* Baley, stop hiding!
