I found it extremely difficult to get influence with Bao-Dur, especially considering he's on your team from such an early point, regardless of which alignment I aimed for. It was a shame they removed him as a romance option too, I think that disappointed a lot of people... The whole 'jedification' thing of most the characters irritated me no end -surely if they were powerful enough in the force to become powerful jedi in such a short amount of time, they would have been spotted at an earlier age? Particularly Bao Dur, who fought along side the jedi in the wars?

Did you intend that? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, I love anime, and western artists that combine Japanese styles with the traditional Marvel sort of style (like Joe Mad and Roger Cruz). Plus I draw massive eyes to distract people from the fact I'm rubbish at noses! And as for betrothing the lovely Bastila...boys, what do you think cloning's for!!

Thanks for the comments. I did find it quite hard to put any characterisation into Visas as half her face is covered, and she's not a particularly smiley person. Couldn't resist the pinkies though... :D

The best thing to do for anatomy is to draw from life - either attend life classes, or get people to pose for you. Practice is the main thing. Thanks for the comments on my piece, I was a bit 'meeeeh' over it because it was done entirely in Photoshop - normally I sketch something out, then scan it in and work over it. And any resemblence to Kate Beckinsdale is purely coincidental. :ph34r:

My choice would be the Revan and Carth relationship. OK, he had issues, but at least he wasn't obsessed with pazaak...and as for the Disciple... *shudders*

I'd say that KOTOR II had more interesting themes and ideas running through it, but was very cluttered and clumsy in the execution. KOTOR was simpler, but was more in the classic Star Wars vein, and told in a very 'neat'. It felt like a complete story, whereas KOTOR II frequently feels as it's missing a few chapters.

One of the major glitches (that causes the game to freeze, or for saves to become corrupted), is actually a left-over from the first KOTOR - if you repeatedly write over the same slot, it starts causing issues with saving/loading. That's why one of the loading screens bears the message 'Save often, and in different slots' - because even though the bug was well documented in the first, Obsidian obviously didn't have the time and/or knowleadge to fix it.

I still a bit 'huh?' about Anakin's fall to the darkside - he wants to save Padme, but why would he trust the Sith Lord that tried to have her killed/captured several times?

I really think I could live without this. Plus, I don't think it fits with Star Wars, which is nice and cuddly and has remarkably little in the way of dismemberment given that the principle Jedi weapon seems ideal for the task. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Have you watched Star Wars?! I had EXACTLY that bug (on the Xbox), after I accidentally spoke to one of the Handmaidens during sparring. I couldn't find a way of fixing it - I went to every planet, kept switching members, but nothing worked. I had to go back to an earlier save, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get any of the extra force points/feats from Kreia. If anyone knows of a less drastic solution, do tell!

Whenever I see the title of this thread, I keep on thinking, 'All your base are belong to us'! I think KOTOR III should either have a new character - the Exile was boring, and any attempt to take Revan's powers down would just be stupid. The only other option is if they create a whole new raft of force powers, and take the levels of the powers up to six or something. That way Revan can keep the bulk of her powers, but still have something to work towards.

I personally wanted everybody as romance options Same here. It would have been nice to have had the option to strike up a relationship with any member of the opposite sex on board (or even the same sex, if the NPC were that way inclined *cough, Disciple, cough*). In KOTOR, I wanted the DS option of rampaging through the galaxy with Canderous at my side. In KOTOR, Bao Dur would have been better than Disciple...or again, Candyman.
