I'll take a look at that resolution when I return home, thanks.

Editing Grimoire Disables Inventory
Issue: Sometimes, when I attempt to edit Aloth's grimoire using the hotbar ui key the page does not display. Immediately afterwards, I am unable to open any character's inventory page. Steps to reproduce: Edit Grimoire. Assuming failure described above, attempt to open the character's inventory page.

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
A one-time respec for the PC seems fair, maybe a dream you have upon resting. Making changes to attributes which affect a player's build during his game needs to be covered in some way, whether it "breaks immersion" or not. They shouldn't need to access the console to do it.

Why won't blood pool let me sacrifice a non-story character?
I guess if you really dislike the pre-made companions, you can get a small boost while completely ditching them.

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
Oh, Strawnir, as usual, no-one has made that argument. Actually there has been some that have made that argument in some threads concerning topic of respec in PoE, which was bit strange to me. I don't see what other argument there could be against respec, Luckmann, other than the aforementioned resource hog issue. What's your reasoning, then? What's wrong with them offering a respec option when changing core game systems that affect character builds? Does that impact your enjoyment of the game? "Immersion breaking" /sarcasm

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
1.07 was renamed to 2.0. It will be available for everyone - expansion or not. Exciting times! Will 2.0 be available on the Steam beta\preliminary\candidate branch like previous patches?

Multi-Classing talents!?
It's definitely noticeable in non-trivial fights. Fighters healing damage automatically is pretty huge, also makes fighters not focusing on max deflection reasonable. If you're really worried about the recovery of armour (non-fighter) then you need either higher dexterity or lighter armour, not armoured grace.

PoE expansion: The White March part 1
$15 for each, $30 for the complete set would be ideal imo. Then the backers get it at a reduced price ($20) and immediately so there's a sizable benefit to having backed. We'll see, though.

Multi-Classing talents!?
Well the biggest draw of a fighter is its staying power on the front lines, so Constant Recovery is a no-brainer. The spell casters should be the most challenging; chanters providing vanilla Summon Skeleton should be good enough and allows all casters to have some access to a summon spell.

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
A shame that these things need to go through an official QA team.

Please provide more portraits and soundsets in White Marches
They need to contact Jason Seow, his work is amazing.

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
Yeah, +1/point doesn't seem like a "must max" pick. If Perception is actually modified, is there any chance of the companion attributes changing again? Specifically the changes made to the Intelligence/Perception totals for Aloth and Grieving Mother. I'm guessing that they were changed due to the weakness of the current Perception attribute.

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
not covered in the update were the anticipated changes to perception. such a change would be a balancing rather than a new feature, so we ain't surprised by failure to mention. regardless, can see clear from the video that 20 perception results in +10 accuracy and no deflection bonus. is a significant change, no? is any chance we get developer confirmation, and perhaps some small explanation o' the reasoning behind the change to perception? thanks HA! Good Fun! An attempt to balance deflection stacking while keeping Perception as a useful pick?

Update #99: Announcing the Expansion and Update 2.0
You guys are the best, keep up the great work! :D So, 2.0 will only be available after The White March Part I is released?

PoE expansion: The White March part 1
So, if they release both parts for $20 each instead of a "full" version for $40 at a later date would it still be an issue?

Gunner Talent Question
Regarding One Handed Style, the effects seem to be intentional. I just think the wording of the talent itself is unclear and needs to be reviewed. Also, duelists need some type of real benefit; a percentage of hits to crits would be good imo, since single handed w/o shields will be hitting more often.
-
Expansion Suggestion #2: Dual Difficulty Sliders
Without PotD the game would lack any semblance of challenge for "IE veterans", though. I'm glad they tried; maybe now they will make the necessary changes in The White March to allow all levels of players to be reasonably challenged throughout the game.

Gunner Talent Question
Gunner speeds up reload for crossbows and guns. Two Handed style only works with melee weapons.

Ideas for Immersion
Vastly improve enemy vision ranges; if I can see enemies and don't have some measure of improved stealth/long range vision then enemies should be able to see me. This is one of the features from IE games that should be included in POE, imo. Allow resting to fail if done with enemies around. It shouldn't be guaranteed safety to rest in the wilderness when Lions, Spiders and other nasties are prowling. Give shopkeepers a limited inventory and gold limit, unless it's something like food items from an Inn or potions from an Apothecary. Individual stealth mechanics so players (and enemies) are able to engage with a part of their force, then flank with the other for backstabs and other effects.

The third RPGCodex review - the best, most accurate review yet
Good review, a shame that it was discontinued because some random, disgruntled player betrayed your trust and decided to post a draft copy. **** the Codex, why not release the final copy on a different forum? I've heard and seen very few good things from that site, anyway.

PoE expansion: The White March part 1
So, we going GoT now? *sigh*

Impact of basic attributes on gameplay
This discussion has been made countless times. Let the developers do their thing with the attributes system, there's no point in comparing it to D&D.

PoE's nostalgia factor vs continuing a genre
Hit the nail on the head for me.

endurance
You need more deflection, that prevents you from getting hit normally or critically as often. There's a Fighter companion that you can recruit in Gilded Vale who comes with a unique armour to resurrects on ko.

1.06 - Vanishing Items After Companion's Death
Playing on Hard Trial of Iron, I ran into a bug after losing Grieving Mother to a trap in Galwain's Maw. I looted all of her items (Raven Wing, St Garam's Spark, etc), then created a custom companion and equipped her. When I re-enter Galwain's Maw the custom is naked, and the items have vanished from the game.
