  1. I tend to see more the A but can't really say which one it is for sure. After two months going nowhere I have to say that this is becoming little annoying it reminds me the ARG Blizzard had in Overwatch since release (even before?) to announce the second post-release hero, about six months or so later.
  2. To the one thinking about hurting himself to play on release date, don't do it
  3. I'm new to the forums just like you, my english is barely understandable and no one insulted me or made joke of me. Don't you think that maybe, just maybe, there's something wrong in how you communicate with others?
  4. I really don't see why this should be the case...
  5. That's interesting, maybe there's the possibility that the delay has more to do with retail/fig physical editions and they're using the extra time to refine the game even more.
  6. That's for the best, can't really say that I'm not a bit sad though. I also find kind of strange to announce a delay just a month after the original release announcement.
  7. That's an habit in all western Europe I'm afraid, here in Italy sometimes they still inexplicably change movies/novels title in an uncalled for manner, not because of an understandable problem with a direct translation. Ironically TMNT was just called "Ninja Turtles" translated.
  8. Unfortunately we don't have any official info about that, but since both GOG and steam don't mess with saves files or change the path in which they are located I'm betting they'll be completely compatible.
  9. Well, the fact that every dev that worked on the project has one doesn't mean that it couldn't be used to hint at the key for solving the ARG, especially since it was featured (sorry couldn't find a better word for it :D) heavily at the end of the update.
  10. They do not. The cosmic dog/bird codes are simply: Also, the console commands shouldn't be case sensitive. All this upper/lowercase nonsense in the Deadfire codes wouldn't be relevant. Sure, it's possible that there could be a game object called yJ3BqA, but that would be way out of line with their fairly neat naming hierarchy. Maybe there's some other way of inputing data into the game besides the console. Perhaps the First National Bank of Neketaka just happens to use alphanumeric six-digit account numbers and your adventuring takes us to a branch office at some point in the story. Now I feel stupid , I vaguely recall that some games use a similar format for creatures/items IDs. Thanks for clarifing the pet codes anyway
  11. If they won't be part of some kind of announcement I'm starting to think they'll be something simpler, like console's IDs to get pets (along with those given with mags), do you think that's a possibility? If someone has seen the mag's codes, do they have the same format?
  12. I really don't like the idea of % chance of an empowered cast from an attribute. I find it a cheap solution that randomize combat too much (even more?), especially if power level will play a bigger role in the future and that won't happen if empowered casts become much more frequent.
  13. As far as I know he doesn't disagree, it just happened to be be unexpectedly complicated/impossibile to do.
  14. Indeed. Hard to read though. "J E Sawyer [something] Super [something] Helios One" I think it's "Shift Supervisor", pretty sure about the second word, not much about the first one.
  15. Maybe is just me and I'm reading too much into it but when Josh turns he seem to intentionally put the mug perpendicular to the camera to make it readable...
  16. Sadly we don't know, but you can take a look here for fresh information on the save state editor https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/96213-josh-sawyers-tweets-and-teasers-part-2/page-3?do=findComment&comment=1980723
  17. It'd be nice. But to be honest I never stood there watching the animations play out while being occupied by all the other things, like not dying for instance plus the characters are pretty small, so there's that.
  18. I have no source but I'm pretty sure that you'll import choices more than the character so you'll be able to create it from scratch. Maybe someone else will know the answer or an official source on that.
  19. I'm not usually one for multiclass but I'm really tempted to multiclass Pallegina to chanter, the funny thing is that I don't know why exactly. First playthrough will be like this most likely: MC - Ranger Edèr - Fighter Pallegina - Paladin or Herald Aloth - Wizard Tekehu - Druid
  20. As far as I know you can also avoid combat by changing faction flag and not navigate too close to other ships.
  21. I remade the portrait trying to be more faithful to the officials this time. After two days working on it, learning tricks with paint.net (image editing for me is a totally unexplored territory), I have enough of it and I don't think I'll tweak it anymore or convert others :D Feel free to use and share if you like it.
  22. I "water colored" this portait, it's far from perfect since I'm no artist but I thought to share it anyway.
  23. I think the question we should ask ourselves is: "Every spell was useful in most situations with none of them being totally superseded by others?". For me the answer in no, I prefer a little smaller arsenal but that I actually use in is entirety, especially now that spells are per encounter. Also we shouldn't forget that in PoE 1 spells didn't scale, some spells were clearly the "better spell X", just because of this the number of spells lowers a little. Personally I hate redundancy so it's fine by me :D
  24. I was planning to ask them during the next stream (if there's going to be one).
