  1. I have a full farsi translation of pillars of eternity. The whole game is translated and organized into the correct file structure to b e displayed in game. you can verify this by checking the contents of the "out" folder in this GitHub link: https://github.com/PillarFarsiGuy/PillarTranslate.git The only problem id that unity, the engine PoE runs on, does not support Persian/Arabic script. I cant find a solution for this on any forums or ai research agent. Im asking many reddit subs but with no answers anywhere. If you would like me to keep working on this please let me know. Farsi is the most underserved language of over 80 million speakers in the gaming world so this would open a huge door. Please let me know if you know a solution. P.s. everything outside of the "out" folder is the program I ran to translate the game. let me know if you have any questions about it.

  2. Went to Hermann Castle today at the insistence of my son. I wasn't eager, because while it was interesting the last time I went, I didn't think he would enjoy it. He wanted a marshmallow right before we left, and I gave it to him, figuring he'd at least have some fun hopped up on candy aisle marching powder. These were giant marshmallows, and I started regretting my life choices on the walk over to the castle. He was vibrating at a scary frequency—too much marsh and not enough "mellow." Anyway, my fears were a bit unfounded. He settled down by the time we got there and was super excited and interested to see everything. They really updated the castle, and it was a joy to walk through this time. It felt much more like a modern museum than the olde tyme castle it was during my previous visit. Highly recommend it if you're ever in Narva! The castle, not the marshmallow.

  3. You only have to look at one of those grizzled old farmers that wore t-shirts and jeans for their entire lives to know sunscreen is a good idea: upper body, they look like a leathery dried out raisin about to keel over because of skin cancer, but lower body looks like they've de-aged 40 years. Yeah, I think I'll keep wearing sunscreen.

  4. Received an email from support stating they are now aware of the issue and to wait for a new patch. It is now showing on the official Issue Tracker in the Progression section.

  5. Hi, I once did a melee Stalker/Goldpact Knight which was very sturdy and used his very high accuracy potential (Zealous Focus, Stalker's Link, Flames of Devotion + Ring of Focused Flames, Marked Prey, Accuracy Wounding Shot) to deliver the deflection debuff of the Blade of the Endless Paths (-4 deflection on crit, stacks 5 times, also gains accuracy throughout the fight with every second). The result is a "marking" character with sturdyness, nice single target dmg and support who stomps a single enemy's deflection into the ground (for you, the party members and the wolf, too). It worked very well as frontliner.

  6. As the title says. Ive never understood why we cant eat berries. Have it recover as much food as like candy or jerky. I was confused when I first played Grounded 1 when I tried to eat them and couldnt.

  7. I got a free copy of the new Hexen+Heretic release since I owned both Hexen and Heretic on my Steam library. Trying it out now. Also, thank you Bethesda! I don't care if you ruined the Fallout franchise so long as you give me free stuff.

  8. We need a bigger radius for storage chest access so building bigger base's is more feasible. it'll make it easier to use supplies without having to transfer items to different areas.

  9. if your building a replica of the Palace of Versailles (analogy for insanely huge like peeps do) then having a Build from Storage Distance option in the Custom Game Settings menu, when it comes, would be great for builders, maybe have the G1 original 20cm, the G2 standard 40cm, then have say larger at 80cm, then extreme at 160cm, then infinite. Honestly I feel a setting like this would appease everyone

  10. I had the same problem. Try do go to xbox settings > network > choose offline > jump back to the game > load a file (which should work now). after you are in the game go to xbox settings > network > choose online (cause this is what the game requires). go back to the game. It could be that you have to click continue game 2 or 3 times.

  11. Hello, Obsidian. I agree with that, it's hard to build a complete sealed wall with anticlip, there is always a gap that cannot be closed when the wall is near irregular surface.

  12. I keep losing my weapons randomly. Not sure if they're dropping or just disappear. One time I found a weapon again, but the rest of the times they were nowhere to be found. Not in inventory or around the area I was in. I didn't throw the weapon either, I even rebound that key to throw weapons, to make sure I didn't accidentally press it. Not sure how to reproduce yet though, but I've had to build a new needle sword at least 3 times so far because it keeps disappearing. Last thing I lost was just a basic ax at least. It happens on multiplayer when I'm the host and even when nobody else was in the server. Anyone else having this issue?

  14. Sorry about the thread necromancy, but my 16 year old niece has gotten into DnD with me and now she wants a hand at creating her own campaign. We've had to resort to internet gaming and I was wondering what would be good and easy for both a 50 year old grognard like myself as well as friendly for a young adult. I don't mind dropping coin on it if it's good. I don't mind getting something free as long as it does the job. Also, any tools that will help her run a tabletop? I do my stuff by hand (maps and whatnot), but I wouldn't mind using something that makes my life easier also.

  15. The AD&D thread caught my roving google eye! I game at a PbP forum, that's all PnP games: www.unseenservant.us and I help out with & Magazine that's all old school D&D PnP stuff: www.and-mag.com Both are free, and (I think) appropriate for this thread. Be well, --Ron--

  16. MapTool from the RpTool.net is the BEST open free map platform available out there. Great even for heavy dungeoniring when you gather with friends around a table and a large inch TV screen. Great. From map-making to online dungeon crawling with friends connected to your server. One may even write to-hit attack / damage macros (or find on the net for simple systems d20 etc) and just voice over as a DM the story... being connected to a voice conference.
