I think the thing that strikes me the most about the beatiification of Kirk (apologies to @Malcador for stealing it, but it fits too well) is how little of it outside of the anti-reality bubble of fascists and adjacents (who think Kirk being a propagandist is based and good) actually features Kirk's own words. Kirk is probably one of the most recorded men in history but there many are columns from "respectable" liberals and centrists that somehow manage to not include a single word of his when eulogizing him. It's insane to me how suddenly we have to pretend a guy who had been showing us just who he is for a decade is someone completely different. Obviously I don't think he should have been killed (hello Kash). It's a decent explanation of how most reactionary media works, but the people who need it most extend the benefit of the doubt to people in the orbit Kirk was a part of out of ideological motivations rather than logical. The right generally and Trumpworld specifically have made particular podcasts their go-to media engagements. It'd be a surprise if he wasn't.

Tuesday I gave a whole lesson on the 1st amendment and free speech. I addressed the Charlie Kirk shooting, but my focus was mostly on the freedom of religion, speech, media, and protest that the 1st amendment covers. Now the FCC has pushed a network to remove Jimmy Kimmel from his late-night show. He wasn't removed because of costs or ratings, he was removed immediately after the FCC made threatening statements. I'm not sure how to proceed with my lesson. edit: Also what the hell is happening that the head of the FCC is going on podcasts? Like when did that become a thing?

What is your definition of fascism and can you give some examples of how the US is currently a fascist state? Or are you saying its becoming a fascist state but examples would still be interesting And do you think this is permanent if the US is a fascist state, so for example if the Dems win the next election will the US continue to be fascist? Or do you mean its only a fascist state if Trump is president? Sorry for the questions but I want to get clarity on what you believe

Update, it is my primary world that is glitched and won't allow me to run. In a 2nd world I started, the running glitch is fixed. I really hope that it isn't permanent as I've farmed and built souch in this world...

I remember reading somewhere years ago that the deflection breakpoints for a melee character were 134, 164, 184, and 204. Is this still true after Beasts of Winter came out (never killed the bosses back in the day)?

Since the release of the early access, I was able to sprint in any world for about a week. Once the first patch came in, my character would sprint for maybe 1 minute in the game before refusing to sprint again. Even with the recent update, I am still unable to sprint... I was excited for this game release but not being able to sprint is unbearable. I bought the founders edition and am beginning to regret putting money towards developers with deaf ears. Ive posted before over a month ago and no yield yet... I have tried everything from visiting other's worlds to reinstalling the game. Nothing has yielded a fix. Please don't make this a regrettable purchase.

Gwen and I have been exploring Zion National Park since August. We've been staying at Watchman Campground mostly but we did backpack out to Lava Point and primitive camped for a few nights. This is by far one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. Hanging out in Salt Lake City now. Then taking a trip down I-40 to Tennessee. I have some business to wrap up there bore heading back to Wisconsin. Life has been pretty good. We had almost no cell coverage in the park and almost never turned the radio on. I followed a strategy guide on how to receive the Jal Shey Mentor armor from Fassa on Nar Shadda. Your character is supposed to be at level 40 or better. After leveling up to 40 and finishing the tasks Fassa wants you to finish you're supposed to receive the armor. When I try it Fassa doesn't give me anything. What am I doing wrong?

First of all, as a fan, I love Grounded and what y'all do. With weather, instead of a rainy day or snow etc. Why not after sleeping in game, show what a day would look like after the rain. There could be a chance of rain, then show a rain animation when sleeping, and the next day would be a what it would look like after it had rain. And the idea grows from there with seasons, resources, bugs, ect.

The one thing I enjoy about the US's descent into fascism is how quickly the constitution went from holy, sacred immutable document that must be followed how the founding fathers intended, to a piece of paper written specifically to be ignored.

Inventory Menu: The new grid-style menu feels slower and less intuitive than the radial menu, especially during combat. I suggest allowing players to choose between the radial menu and the grid menu, so everyone can use the system they prefer. Clay Oven: Adding the clay oven would be a great quality-of-life improvement and expand crafting options, giving players more flexibility with cooking and survival strategies. Both changes would make the game feel more flexible and enjoyable without compromising the new systems.
