  3. As defensive alliance NATO is something that its members should be able to rely for defense. Because otherwise it is useless alliance.

The real numbers are much, much bigger because is impossible to categorize so thirdly all loses.

  10. I can't take anything serious anymore that an american politician is saying. I just can't. For me none of this means anything, they just talk to be loud and that's it.
  11. Well the first part of what Rubio said is partly true, he is talking about the effectiveness of the UNSC and the EU relying on NATO for defense This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone on this forum because I have lost count of the number of times I have heard people lament the " failure or inconsistency of the rules based order " and its almost entirely because of the veto at the UNSC But I support the veto despite the frustration of its use at times because the veto actually prevents conflict between the worlds superpowers and makes the UNSC seem less ineffective because without the veto " the UNSC must intervene in certain conflicts " because the UNSC has passed a resolution but who specifically must send troops or commit resources? UN military resolutions cant force any country to send its troops so this becomes difficult to manage So sometimes resolutions to conflicts can only be found outside of the UNSC and thats fine as well. Thats what happened in Gaza and the DRC vs Rwanda conflict where the US did play a fundamental role But this doesnt mean the UN and the UNSC is pointless or irrelevant. It still has a critical role in overall stability of the world and Rubio knows this. The US doesn't have the resources and influence to leave the UN and have the same impact in every conflict which is why Trump was insistent that the UN agrees to the Gaza peace plan. Iraq was an example of the failure of the US when it assumed it could do something without any UN support And the second paragraph is just unconvincing subjective and selective ideological rhetoric aimed at the EU and I don't agree with it But the EU should be more independent and less reliant on the US for its military defense And this takes time and requires budget changes from the EU members so its a long-term objective but a prudent one because this is in the best interests of the EU and I include the UK in this

  20. I was fighting the wolves accosting Foelmar in Magran's Fork when combat ended right after I killed the first wolf. This left the second wolf standing right next to Eder, all red and angry, but not in combat. I could walk around without initiating combat as long as I was in view of the wolf. Once the wolf was out of view (in the fog of war), as I came back into his view the game paused (I have auto-pause on enemy enabled), but combat didn't start. I then set Eder to attack the wolf, and he did a lot of damage (40?). Combat still didn't start. In fact, Eder was now auto-attacking as if TB mode had been turned off, but it was still enabled in the Difficulty menu. After hitting like 6 times and doing hundreds of damage, the wolf finally died. Poor puppy.
  21. I just experienced it for the first time and your solution worked. I was also seeing artifacts like if I looked closely I could sometimes (barely) see the game menu (Save, Quit whatever) when playing. However I'm on Linux so it's not necessarily the same bug, tho it could be. I have never had this before btw. There are several things I have done differently this time but I won't go into details about what I think might have caused it or what I did differently this time because I don't think the game and proton are officially supported. I just typed this in a hope to revive this thread and to mention that disabling VRR works. On monitors with high refresh rate above 140Hz I don't think VRR is that important anyway.
  22. My friend has created a world that is shared however, cannot share it. We both have Xbox and have our crossplay in our Xbox settings activated. However, when he goes to share the world with me shows the friends list as empty. Even though we are already friends. He can invite me to his game and he tries to share the world with me there and it still shows an empty friend's list.
  23. These crashes can happen at any point. Loading an existing saved world. Starting a new saved world. Roaming around the park/area. Sleeping. Fighting. Sometimes a crash can be avoided for hours at a time. Other times it crashes immediately as soon as the world loads. We are using a saved game from when Grounded 2 first launched if that helps.
  24. I would love to see Commander Zane and Buddy comics released as merchandise. We could learn more about the Earth Directorate.
  25. Not sure what Rubio was getting at with some remarks "We increasingly outsourced our sovereignty to international institutions while many nations invested in massive welfare states at the cost of maintaining the ability to defend themselves" "For example, the United Nations still has tremendous potential to be a tool for good in the world. But we cannot ignore that today, on the most pressing matters before us, it has no answers and has played virtually no role. It could not solve the war in Gaza. Instead, it was American leadership that freed captives from barbarians and brought about a fragile truce. It had not solved the war in Ukraine. It took American leadership and partnership with many of the countries here today just to bring the two sides to the table in search of a still-elusive peace. " This one is a bit funny, once again the US is conveniently apart from the UN. "This is why we do not want our allies to be shackled by guilt and shame. We want allies who are proud of their culture and of their heritage, who understand that we are heirs to the same great and noble civilization, and who, together with us, are willing and able to defend it. " Culture war BS, heh.

  27. Same story in one of the playthroughs (on version 0301, PC). The rock is blown up, but the hammer doesn't land on the bench. True, this does not create a problem, you just have to plan from him to the bench.
  28. "Thanks for posting! We do currently have this bug logged and is expected to be included in our next patch for fixes."
  29. Might I suggest for future content we could find a new area where a glider squirrel resides. From gliding around it would drop resources like the crow does, allowinh us to craft some sort of glider squirrel armor. The glider squirrel armor would allow us to glider around the map instead of floating down with a tuft. We could go up high, or use some kind of launcher to allow gliding long distances, or a flying buggy that idlely follows us after we jump off it, allowing us to glide at high speed precision around the map!
  30. I blew up the stone that held the mallet by the bench upright. At first it fell down and I was able to go up it. I did this before the latest hotfix update. I've recently noticed (after the hotfix update) that the mallet was back upright again, even though the stone that was holding it up is gone. So I'm unable to traverse it at the moment. I'm not sure if it's because of the hotfix; it could be the bug had already occurred beforehand but that I didn't notice it straight away. I play on xbox.
  31. Hello, I would like to suggest a terrain terraforming mechanic, specifically allowing players to dig and create their own underground tunnels instead of relying only on predefined underground areas. Given the miniature scale and survival focus of Grounded 2, this feature could greatly enhance immersion, player creativity, and emergent gameplay. Core IdeaAllow players to modify the ground to create tunnels, burrows, shortcuts, and hidden bases. The goal is not full sandbox destruction, but controlled, rule-based digging that fits the survival design of the game. Gameplay MechanicsDigging Tools Basic shovel for loose soil Reinforced tools for clay and compact ground Advanced or endgame tools for deeper or harder terrain Different soil types would affect digging speed, stamina cost, and tool durability. Soil Types & Constraints Loose soil: easy to dig, but unstable Clay: slower to dig, suitable for underground bases Roots and rocks: obstacles that block or limit digging Infested soil: triggers hostile creatures Poorly supported tunnels could collapse unless reinforced with structures. Underground ThreatsDigging would attract underground creatures such as: Burrowing insects Large worms or centipedes Aggressive ant patrols The deeper or louder the digging, the higher the risk of encounters. Strategic UsesCreating shortcuts between biomes Escaping predators Building hidden underground bases Setting traps or ambush routes Some enemies could invade or destroy poorly defended tunnels. Balance ConsiderationsTo keep the system fair and performant: High stamina and durability cost Restricted zones (near story locations, bosses, or map limits) Depth limitations without advanced gear Chunk-based terrain saving to preserve performance Why This Fits Grounded 2Reinforces vertical exploration (surface and underground) Deepens survival and risk-reward decisions Encourages unique player-made worlds Terraforming would give players a stronger sense of ownership over the environment while staying true to the game’s survival identity. Thank you for considering this idea !
