Something that can go further horizontally than the dandelion would be nice. Perhaps upgradable so it can go even further.

Hi, I played Deadfire several years ago before turn based. I recently started a new game with a dex/int focused pale elf wizard/chanter (troubadour) on turn based. I love turned based but did not realize the effect it would have on my build. However, I am far enough into the game (lvl that I don't want to start a new game. If anyone has any suggestions for my build, I would greatly appreciate them.

Every time my buggy dies (has happened 3 times now) it does not respawn. I get the timer to say when it will be back, but then after that time it isnt in the ant nest, i cant call it and when i go on the buggy menu then the ant icon is there but its locked and wont let me call it (says its unavailable). THIS IS VERY ANNOYING AS I HAVE HAD TO GET 3 NEW SOLDIER ANT EGGS WHICH TAKES SO LONG please stop it

I was pondering and thought it would be interesting if there was a trinket which granted the player a chance for double resources. Others opinions?

The All Things Political Topic - What's Going On...?

The first time I saw AI try to draw conclusions from something I'd written, it was so blatantly wrong that I was flabbergasted. Granted the conclusions it drew were based on some subtle inferences from the technical wording, but a normal person just wouldn't reach those conclusions. Sure, you can blame me as the author; I did rewrite the text slightly to make sure the AI would interpret it correctly. Nonetheless, AI hallucinations are a real problem, especially when they occur in STEM fields, as well as the legal professions. -
I did some further testing to confirm some of the things I was unsure of during my initial test. Here's some clarifications: Blood Frenzy from the Crimson Panoply armor does not stack with Blood Frenzy when taken as a Barbarian ability upgrade. Based on the fact that Crimson Panoply's Blood Frenzy does stack with a Barbarian character who has the Spirit Frenzy upgrade from my initial test, it appears you might have to take a different variant of Frenzy on your Barbarian character in order for it to stack with the Frenzy coming from the armor. I'm not sure if that means you can just not take the Uncontrolled Rage enchantment on Crimson Panoply so it stays as standard Frenzy which might stack with any of the Frenzy upgrades as a character ability, or if taking Uncontrolled Rage on Crimson Panoply would stack with Blood Storm on a single-class Barbarian. Just to summarize and limit my conclusions to what I actually tested, Blood Frenzy from Crimson Panoply does not stack with a Barbarian using the Blood Frenzy ability but does stack with a Barbarian using the Spirit Frenzy ability. As for Amra, I did actually test and made sure to proc its Unstable Temper enchantment (1% chance to proc Frenzy upon receiving damage) this time. While Frenzy was active from this proc, I killed an enemy and procced Amra's Temper enchantment (25% chance to proc Frenzy on kills). All it did was reset the duration of the Frenzy from Amra, so it appears that these separate Frenzy procs from this weapon can't stack with each other. So I only tested this with Deleterious Alacrity of Motion and it appears the action speed bonus from item-granted Frenzy does stack with this spell's action speed bonus. I tested this with a Wizard using Amra and proccing Frenzy off a kill and then casting DAoM. I also made sure to hit my Wizard with Crippling Strike from a Rogue party member in order to Hobble/cancel out the Swift inspiration of DAoM because I wanted to isolate only the action speed bonus component of this spell, and not the action speed coming from a Dexterity inspiration. Thanks for looking into the code. I'm not very sure what all of this could possibly mean. I think there must be something more to it beyond these Frenzy items not being technically coded as the same as Frenzy. The fact that the action speed bonus from item-granted Frenzy stacks not only with Frenzy but other action speed bonus is quite unusual, when normally the greater action speed bonus overwrites the lesser action speed bonus. I know the stacking rules can be quite shaky sometimes in this game however. My complete speculation is that this might be some kind of holdover from POE1's code where bonuses from gear equipped in the weapon slot could further stack with anything regardless of "normal" stacking conventions.

I think it would be pretty cool if we aren't getting a buggy that could fly that we get a glider of some sort or a wing suit made out of grub, crow feathers and whatever else.

Finished Metal Gear Solid Delta. It feels pretty much exactly like the original game, which is good. They improved on the worst elements of the game, which was the way the moving and shooting worked. This now behaves more like in MGSV. I remember that years back, people kept saying that changing this would change the whole feeling of the game, but I disagreed... and now we have proof that it doesn't harm the rest of the game at all. Kinda wish they would have went a little further, because hiding in cover and the climbing / dropping down mechanics still feel super clunky (just like in the original). But eh, not the worst. Performance really is ass, though. Since I'm not at home right now, I have played it on medium settings on my laptop. Getting constant 30 FPS at least, which is fine. But in comparison, MGSV runs on ultra settings at 60 FPS... and Delta doesn't look *that* much better in the end. So while it's impressive that this technique works (emulating the original game and rendering via Unreal Engine), it does feel terribly bad on the performance side. Oh, one more thing... I know David Hayter is iconic, but his line delivery is so cringe in most scenes. Granted, the writing is cringe as well in most scenes, so it's not all on him and his acting chops. But still.. replaying MGS3 like that made me understand why Kojima picked someone else for MGSV.

Makes me wonder if the drop in quality for Chainsaw Man was because the Dandadan mangaka stopped being the assistant.

Dexter Resurrection - Dexter is back to being the Punisher and is feuding with an evil(er) Wall Street guy who is obsessed with serial killers and is also Peter Dinklage with Uma Thurman as an enforcer. It's ok but still has all the same problems as the original Dexter series post s2. -
All of Dan Da Dan s2 - so far Man, what the **** even is this show? I say that completely positively, it's wonderfully animated and certainly knows how to keep everything rolling without falling into the worst shonen tropes like 10+ episode training arcs. It's like someone made an anime of a supernatural monster of the week US series that actually fixes the inherent issues with that type of show by both being more coherent and absurd.

I think the toxic positivity by AI and it's seeming inability to say the user is wrong somewhat explains the ideological fault lines behind it's use. Also AI art is derivative soulless **** that appeals to the fascist aesthetics of the contemporary right, half-baked dreams of an idealized past that never really existed. -
Uninstalling the two Windows Updates (KB5064081 AND KB5064401) seemed to fix my problem! (This works for me with 0.1.3 and NVIDIA driver 581.15) but when I do get a crash, I reset my PC and run the game first before anything else is loaded and it seems to work.

Nothing. Was toying around with it for like 2 days and then didn't open the app anymore. Once I realized the chat bot is really brain dead and actually has no character at all (which didn't took very long tbh), the whole thing felt unmasked as nothing but smoke and mirrors. I feel sad for people who get into and believe this stuff. Maybe it's harder for me to get with it, since I have a more technical background, so whenever anything happens, I'm imagining triggers and conditions in the back of my head. I dunno... point is, ai companions are stupid.
