Repair Glue and Cooking issue
I noticed today that if I am at my base and my buggies are all stored in their respective homes that if I use repair glue to repair my weapon it will take the repair glue from my buggy inventory even if I have repair glue in my inventory, in a chest within range, etc. Inventory should be pulled first from the player's inventory, and should never be pulled out of the buggy inventory if the buggy is stored in its house! This is similar to the issue I've noticed when I cook food it will always be pulled out of my nearby storage, even when there is food in my inventory also. I've also noticed it doesn't pay any attention when it pulls a food item out to be cooked as to its freshness... it just takes whatever one it finds, even if there is food closer to expiring ready to be cooked.

Fixes and some ideas
What prompted me to post, was the confusion over dagger damage type. The tool tip for wolfsbane fangs in our back pack says slashing damage, where looking in the craft menu it says stabbing. The mighty claws (while not a dagger in truth, but in the same realm - both made of fangs) are theoretically the same mechanism in fight style, but they are slashing damage. While this isn't effected so much in mutations any more, which is nice, it is a little confusing in fighting certain creatures which may be resistant or weak to one vs the other... Secondly, I miss my handy gnat so much. With all the new possibilities for places to build, this feels like such a blow to not have early on. It is so hard to build a decent base right now. Yes, it's available in creative mode, but literally nothing else is... And I don't want to play creative. Furthermore, the distance limit is, I find, unacceptable. This park even thus far is so big... And I can't even imagine playing on harder difficulties without friends, but you're going to end up dropping tiny bases here and there just to keep all your stuff. The handy gnat absolutely needs whole map clearance like there was before, considering only the ant can "relocate" and run with decent speed. Ain't nobody got time to physically run back and forth collecting and moving everything regardless though. That's tedious even with the gnat. Without it, i wasn't too log off and cry. Sooo... Long range gnat STAT! Please, respectfully. Buggy gear would be helpful since they are fighting with us. Passive pets with bonus perks would be legit... Little aphid makes it so the wild aphids don't run away immediately. Maybe you get like 3 seconds before they realize you're there and scram. Maybe it adds a buff to your run speed half the speed of the slippers cause no one is wearing those late game. Idk. Tiny weevil collects mushroom bits passively... Maybe his nose sucks up stink gas in range so you don't have to carry the mask around at all times... Gnats... Idk, lead you to water sources or out of tunnels since they're always flying toward lights and around water. The ability to resize things in game would be legit. You guys did implement that to an extent in the playground mode in 1... Instead of making more sizes and variations of floors, walls, roofs, etc. You could just alter the size. Larger sizes take more materials. Sure, keep what you have because the variety is nice, but maybe you want one big burr floor tile instead of 20 small ones purely for design goals. Maybe I want the style of the vertical half stem wall, but I want it 3 stories without all the breaks... The same with roofs. I LOVE the new thatch roofs, but i don't like the way they lay when you need more than one slanted to get to the peak. Resizing would be fantastic for that - someone else mentioned it for stuffed bugs, which is also another great idea. That said, I'm super excited for what's to come. Thank you to all the people involved in creating this game and for whomever takes the time to take any of our suggestions into consideration ❤️

Help finalising a thematic Cipher build
Hi, I'm playing a Beguiller and I find me always casting Phantom Foes and Secret Horrors to generate a large amount of focus indeed! With large group of enemies the focus generated is absurd! You can generate focus, then charme, then buff yourself and you have again so much focus to detonate, disintegrate and so on... My problem is I subclassed him with a Shattered Pillar, so I have half a character focused on casting and the other one interested in dealing melee damage :D But it come in helps with single enemy fights ;)

The All Things Political Topic - world tidings
Nato is not only military organization for EU's and Europe's defense, but it is largest and it has best ability to work all over Europe. There are EU's RDC force, Eurocorps, Joint Expeditionary Force, European Rapid Operational Force and there are national rapid deployment forces and then there are of course national armies, but single command structure during crisis is quite important which is why NATO is the main defensive alliance currently. I don't think there is possibility that any other solution could cost more than 5% commitment, as we are speaking over 1000 billion dollars per year cost increase compared to current state. Question is what kind threat Russian poses? If USA leaves NATO, it would still be world largest military, although in military spending it would be second. Biggest issue in USA leaving NATO would be that most of the NATO's command lines currently go trough USA and restructuring and building those back would mean about same as creating new alliance although without needing approvals from the member state governments. Main issue of USA leaving NATO would be that most NATO members heavily lean on US made weapon systems which they would need to replace in case USA isn't ally anymore. And EU would need to build its own nuclear umbrella, as nuclear weapons that France has aren't enough.

Im breaking my normal 20 minute long video rule and posting this 30 minute video because its so interesting Its all about Canada's strategic tariffs on the US because of Trumps tariffs and the thinking behind them by Carney, you can see he has a deep understanding of financial markets and what tariffs should be used by Canada @Malcador and @rjshae we were just talking about this Only minor complaint is he repeats certain words and points like scalpel

New Bosses for Grounded 2
I'm pretty sure Obsidian games is going to be bringing back a few of the original bosses from the first game so i thought it would be cool if there were new bosses in the second game so I thought these would be good bosses to have to fight in Grounded 2 . Brown Centipede/Boss - Aggressive : the Brown Centipede is located inside of Logs they prey on Spiders , and Mice , the Brown Centipede drops Brown Centipede Fangs , Brown Centipede Legs , and Brown Centipede Trinket . Rat/Boss - Aggressive : the Rat is located in the sewer , the Rat is an opportunistic omnivore and will prey on Roaches and other insects and is very territorial viewing any intruder as either a threat or prey , the Rat drops Rat Head , Rat Pelt , Rat Tail , & Rat Trinket . Toad/Boss - Aggressive : The Toad boss is located in a burrow near the small river no insect or arachnid goes near it's home whether they be a Wolf Spider or a Black Ox Beetle, in fear they will be swallowed whole by the Toad , the Toad will drop Toad Mucus , Toad Hide , Toad Head , and Toad Trinket . Hercules Beetle/Boss - Aggressive : the Hercules Beetle Boss can be found in a tree with lots of tree sap the Hercules Beetle Boss would drop a Hercules Beetle Horn , Hercules Beetle Parts , and Hercules Beetle Trinket . Emperor Scorpion/Boss - Aggressive : another pet accidently lost in the park similarly like how the Tarantula (Axel) was , the emperor scorpion can be found under piles of rocks , the Emperor Scorpion drops Emperor Scorpion Tail , Emperor Scorpion Claws , and Emperor Scorpion Trinket .

Yes adequately means does the EU have a military union that could be deployed to deter any Russian invasion or participate in any EU military campaign That obviously exists with NATO but if the US left NATO, which is not going to happen, how effective would NATO be? This is about making the right decision for whats best for the EU\UK What do you think the EU\UK should do? Stay in NATO and commit to 5% or create its own defense union which might be more expensive and complicated? Unfortunately you cant ignore the threat a country like Russia poses especially towards former Soviet states that are part of the EU

Aunties choice and the order team up bugged
MoonCake replied to Anthony Mendoza's topic in The Outer Worlds 2: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)Four months after this post was made and there is still no fix to this, absolutely unacceptable to not fix a major bug that prevents you from making one of the most important choices in the entire game.

New AE Bug: Character Leaning Right after Dodging
Hi. I've reported a similar issue. Seems related to the torso state related to rotating view to me. After conducting some test, i've noticed is more frequent to trigger using controller analog. With mouse is more rare couse it has a less linear input. You can reproduce it easily jumping while rotating. Guess it is going to be addressed in future minor updates/fixes.

New AE Bug: Character Leaning Right after Dodging
Just confirmed this has nothing to do with a pre-existing save. Start a brand-new game without any mods and after dodging and/or jumping around a few times it triggers the issue. I even emptied out the previous AppData\Local data for Alabama just to be sure.

- New AE Bug: Character Leaning Right after Dodging
Someone please confirm this on PC (Game Pass) version: Dodge a few times to the right, then the character while walking or jogging has a permanent lean to the right. You obviously have to be in third-person view to see this. Seems to have been introduced with today's Anniversary update. Edit: After further testing, this doesn't look like it's necessarily related to dodging. Just jumping around can trigger the problem.- The All Things Political Topic - world tidings
- Torso tilt / lean bug in third-person after landing – keyboard & controller (PC, Xbox App)
- Torso tilt / lean bug in third-person after landing – keyboard & controller (PC, Xbox App)
After the Anniversary Update on PC via the Xbox App, I have encountered a persistent third-person animation bug in Avowed. The character’s torso can remain permanently tilted after landing, and this happens intermittently rather than on every jump. The bug is most apparent during jumps while the character is rotating relative to the camera. Using a keyboard and mouse, the rotation tends to be discrete, so the bug appears less frequently, often after several jumps. Using a gamepad with analog input, the rotation is continuous, which greatly increases the probability of triggering the bug. In fact, with a controller, it can appear after just one or two jumps, without the need to sprint. The underlying issue seems to be linked to the transition from Falling to Landing and then to the standard locomotion state. When the character lands while still rotating toward the camera, the game attempts a small automatic realignment to the view direction. During this transition, the additive pose applied to the upper body by the Landing Montage is sometimes not cleared properly, leaving the torso permanently tilted. Reloading a save or using the transformation mirror immediately resets the posture. Framerate limitations can affect the likelihood of the bug: capping the FPS to around 60 delays its occurrence but does not eliminate it entirely. The bug does not appear to be related to terrain, collisions, or corrupted assets, and it is independent of sprinting, although sprint input sometimes increases the chances of occurrence with mouse and keyboard. Overall, this appears to be a regression introduced by the latest update, related to the interaction between the Animation Blueprint and CharacterMovementComponent. Specifically, the additive upper-body pose from the landing animation is not always properly removed when the character rotates during the Falling → Landing transition. This makes it possible to reliably reproduce the issue under certain conditions, especially when using a gamepad for continuous camera rotation. - New AE Bug: Character Leaning Right after Dodging
