Infinitron Posted January 9, 2017 Author Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) Here's the Vailian word: http://pillarsofeternity.gamepedia.com/Vengiatta_Rugia Another hint that the location of the sequel will be in Old Vailia maybe? Uh but the other word is in Eld Aedyran The game will most likely be set in the Vailian Republics (not the same thing as Old Vailia) and the Deadfire Archipelago, but you wouldn't know that from this. Phenomenum Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) I would't be surprised if next game will compose all of areas, you've mentioned. If PoE 2 give us opportunity to travel and see different countries and cultures, this is will be perfect solution. Messier-31 Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 (edited) ^ Looks like a medieval fantasy communism to me. Long live the Wizard-Farmer Alliance. Edited January 13, 2017 by Messier-31 6 It would be of small avail to talk of magic in the air...
JerekKruger Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 It's the flag of the Eder's farming Company! I guessed it was Edér (pipe and wheat are his things, along with fluffy animals) but I didn't realise it was an existing symbol.
Blades of Vanatar Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 Since I tend to feel seasick in real life, I never thought I'd travel on a boat in RPGs, but I like the concept as long as there aren't too many pirates around. That theme is a bit cliché by now! Also, in the first chapter we already met THE KRAKEN! so which legendary monster can we expect this time? Devs are keeping an eye on this thread? More teasing pleaaase... and kickstarter soon, hopefully! Mobie ****. Nessie. Squigwert. Options are endless..... 1 No matter which fork in the road you take I am certain adventure awaits.
Dimitri Berman Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 It would have to be something that could really eat the kraken for breakfast! 3
Yonjuro Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 It would have to be something that could really eat the kraken for breakfast! Yep. Kraken-bran cereal. It's nutritious and delicious - part of a complete breakfast. 1

Barbedbeat Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 (edited) https://twitter.com/jesawyer/status/821139985692639232I love everything about this. You should since these are actually Aloth's lines from PoE1. Most of them are; not *all* of them were present in PoE I. (Damn the lad's aim (?), for example, wasn't.)What I love the most, though, is the possibility of Aserloth (when still alive after the events of the first installment) truly making an appearance in PoE II. Aarionn Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 Please make Kickstarter or some other backer platform... I want to participate in funding this game. Don't do it like Tyranny please... I was so disappointing Tyranny was made without me.. 1
Azmodiuz Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 They're going to FIG like they did with wasteland 3. I prefer Kickstarter, but I guess they'd have to give 10% to KS, when they could use that money to make FIG and make ore money themselves. Obsidian wrote: "those scummy backers, we're going to screw them over by giving them their game on the release date. That'll show those bastards!" Now we know what's going on...
Zitchiock Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 I have never used FIG. What makes Kickstarter the better platform, in your mind?
