Really surprised that this game doesn't have co-op play.  What is my wife suppose to do when I am playing this?

Play another copy so you can then compare notes?

I have a project. It's a tabletop RPG. It's free. It's a work in progress. Find it here: www.brikoleur.com

She's supposed to hang out with you while you read dialogue aloud, bitch about combat, and generally include her in the experience.

Give her an unconnected mouse she'll never notice, at least my cousins don't.  :p

I think she is supposed to tell you that the weapon you are using is not he best for the situation, that the last spell you used wasn't correctly placed, and how you must be blind for running into that trap!

All very good suggestions.  I especially like the fill out divorce papers suggestion from Bazy.  I am doing this as we speak.

I'd also like co-op. Have the devs mentioned this as a possibility?

No. See links in my sig and search the forums (seriously). From the very beginning, this game was designed as a pure single-player game, which greatly reduces debugging complication and low-RoI costs.

The KS Collector's Edition does not include the Collector's Book.

Which game hook brought you to Project Eternity and interests you the most?

PE will not have co-op/multiplayer, console, or tablet support (sources): [0] [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]

Write your own romance mods because there won't be any in PE.

Didn't realize that.  To me this could never be a BG2/Infinity engine replacement if it doesn't have a multi-player component.  That was one of the things I liked most about BG2.

If not for POE, then hopefully POE 2 will have multiplayer and other features.

The most important thing obsidian can do is continue doing kickstarters and getting the community involved.

Obsidian: "Guys we're a bit short on money for a modding tool, multiplayer and voice acting, could you guys donate?"

Fan/Player: "no problem, here is $25.00"

Had I know this game would be that good, I would've donated to the kickstarter. I will gladly donate to the next one for POE 2.

Despite what I may post, I'm a huge fan of Pillars of Eternity, it's one of my favorite RPG's.

Do you really want me to answer that question?    :dancing:
