May 17, 200817 yr ...or you could keep Family Guy out of, well, pretty much everything. +1 I've had enough of Family Guy on Star Wars. Blue harvest was jyst terrible. And by the light of the moon He prays for their beauty not doom
May 17, 200817 yr Maybe a Family Guy version of either KOTOR or TSL could work. Maybe Lois could be the Exile, Stewie could be Kreia, Mayor West could be Vrook, Bruce could be Zez Kai-Ell, Joe Swanson could be Mandalore, Quagmire could be Atton, Chris could be the Disciple... moar liek Fail Guy amirite? How can it be a no ob build. It has PROVEN effective. I dare you to show your builds and I will tear you apart in an arugment about how these builds will won them. - OverPowered Godzilla (OPG)
May 17, 200817 yr Christian Bale would make a good Revan. This is trufax. Christian Bale can be a good anything, really.
May 21, 200817 yr People need to stop proposing Christian Bale for parts. He's a good actor and everything, but he's in everything. I fully anticipate a movie to come out next year featuring nothing but Christian Bale in 12 different roles. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
May 21, 200817 yr With a limitation on that to prevent him from being overexposed or burning out. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
May 22, 200817 yr Agreed. A good actor should be in a lot of movies, but he should still be picky about what he's in. I think it's a VERY bad thing to be in too many movies that come out within a short time period of each other. It makes the actor look greedy. Back on topic, no RPGs made into movies of any kind, for me. I'd be open to a spin-off, though. Check out my KOTOR fan vids on YouTube. And no, they're not of legos.
May 25, 200817 yr Bill O'Reilly as a Jedi Master (dunno if he should be an established one or a new one, though) DAWUSS Dawes ain't too bright. Hitting rock bottom is when you leave 2 tickets on the dash of your car, leave it unlocked hoping someone will steal them & when you come back, there are 4 tickets on your dashboard.
May 27, 200817 yr Bill O'reilly might make a good Vrook. Heh. I'd go with 2d3, 3d6, 1/2d7, 1d10, 14d12, 8d20, 13 quarters, and a groundhog. I'm not sure if you'll need all that, but if you figured out a system from it, it would be the greatest in the world.
May 27, 200817 yr Christian Bale would make a good Revan. This is trufax. Christian Bale can be a good anything, really. I think Christian Bale would make a pretty good Carth. Or a pretty good Atton. Possibly even a pretty good Canderous. Or a pretty good Malak. A pretty good Bao-Dur, maybe. Oh! Or he could voice T-3!

May 28, 200817 yr Bill O'reilly might make a good Vrook. Heh. Bill O'Reily. Ahahahaah! Yes! Bmjewell Photography♥
May 28, 200817 yr Hmm, given how much weight he could lose playing "The Machinist", I wonder if he could put enough on to play G0-T0... Oh poor GO-TO, why is the poor fat lump of crap the victim of such degrading jokes for? He may not have any feelings but he's a very kind and sincere piece of metal scrap and should be respected as such...
May 28, 200817 yr And he also looks suspiciously like the torture device that Vader set upon poor Leia... Check out my KOTOR fan vids on YouTube. And no, they're not of legos.

May 29, 200817 yr Author Ok... pointless story time... feel free to ignore... <pointless story> So, my son has a Star Wars sticker book that is taken from the movies. My daughter was across the room looking at it and she says, "Mom, Goto's in here!" Without even thinking about it I replied, "No, that has to be the interrogation droid from A New Hope." My sister, a reasonable SW movie fan, but not into games at all, then looks at me like I am completely insane... My daughter flips to the page where you stick the sticker in and says, "Oh, yeah, it does say Interrogation Droid." To which my sister then begins to rant about what a complete geek I am that I 1. know what an interrogation droid is 2. knew immediately from "Goto" which droid it must be. I tried to explain why it was completely obvious but she insisted that I was, in fact, a SW geek. Not that any of us were surprised by this fact.. but yeah... </end pointless story> Ok, you can get back to your regularly scheduled thread now... :D Anybody here catch that? All I understood was 'very'.

But then again, he can magically make himself younger, like in The Newsies

June 4, 200817 yr Author Atton is 29-32 while Christian Bale is currently 34... http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000288/ http://forums.obsidianent.com/index.php?sh...mp;#entry184142 Ok, I know that 29 - 32 is quoted from a developer's document, but how in the world could he really be 29? He was fighting in the Mandalorian wars before the Jedi joined. That's at least 13 years before the game starts (probably more like 15). Did he really start fighting the Mandalorians at age 16 and become a top Sith assassin at age 19? Ok... I guess it's possible... but damn, that makes some highly interesting speculation for a backstory... I guess 32 is a bit more realistic... but I always assumed he was older than that, too. Anybody here catch that? All I understood was 'very'.
June 4, 200817 yr Pi, I'm thinking that you just don't like the idea of Atton being younger than you are IRL. Lots of men join wars at crazy young ages. ESPECIALLY on the side w/o support from like the fed. govt. (think the rebs in the civil war), or, in this case, the Republic. I know that Bane was around like 4,ooo years after Revan, but I read Path of Destruction, and Drew talks a bit about the Sith's recruitment techniques, so I'm all for believing 16 isn't out of the question. And I also believe EVERYTHING that the developers say regarding THEIR characters. Or try to, anyhow. Check out my KOTOR fan vids on YouTube. And no, they're not of legos.
June 4, 200817 yr Author Considering that IRL I'm engaged to a 28 year old, nah, that's not it... I just don't think it works very well with the timelines... Yes, young men join wars all the time at the age of 16... but from all the research I've done, it would appear that he'd been in the war pretty much from the beginning... that'd be 14... ok, still possible, *IF* his homeworld was one of the ones being attacked... but still, sith assassin at 19? ummm... ok... Of course, I guess that would help explain his bizarre thought processes... 1. I hate the jedi - they didn't show up to help us! 2. I love Revan! He helped us defeat the Mandalorians and following him was the right thing to do! 3. All those Jedi at Malachor V, the ones that followed Revan (my hero!) and showed up to help us? They deserved to die! 4. At least the Sith are honest... All Jedi lie! 5. Jedi & Sith are all the same! 6. Then the girl showed up and showed me the force - and I didn't want to be a Sith so I ran away! Ok... you're right... he could have been 19 when he was recruited to be an elite assassin... why not... Anybody here catch that? All I understood was 'very'.
June 5, 200817 yr Vin Diesel as Malak. hahahahah I laughed so hard when I saw this.. nice ""Savior, conqueror, hero, villain. You are all things, Revan
June 5, 200817 yr to Babydol, Bane is 3,000 years after Revan and NOT 4,000 years. 4,000 years after Revan is the Movie era Star Wars. I do think that Atton is closer to 35-40 years old. Then again we have queens at the age of 14 and 9 year olds destroy space stations. 15 year old padawans that do go into combat. As for the topic, I would make a good Netural sided male Revan. June 5, 200817 yr I would LOVE to hear how Bruce Campel sounds like in HK-47^^ Imagine him saying: Can't we just kill this meatbag? Hehe.. "Commentary: How would YOU like to be the wholy-owned servant to an organic meatbag? It's demeaning if.... uh.. you weren't one yourself i mean..." - HK-47
