Tonight, I'm going on a journey; a culinary expedition of sorts. I'm making miso soup for the first time, but I know its going to be easy and I'm making pot stickers as well, I'd love to make them myself but thats way too time consuming and it's not something I've ever done so it could turn out horribly wrong and we'd all pay dearly. I should try making orange chicken sometime, that would be awesome. There was a time when I questioned the ability for the schizoid to ever experience genuine happiness, at the very least for a prolonged segment of time. I am no closer to finding the answer, however, it has become apparent that contentment is certainly a realizable goal. I find these results to be adequate, if not pleasing. Unfortunately, connection is another subject entirely. When one has sufficiently examined the mind and their emotional constructs, connection can be easily imitated. Hockey practice was canceled for the first time in who knows how long, giving me my first free-Sunday since mid-July. I've been playing NHL 08 most of the day, which is fun. It was pretty nice out, in the 80's which is a welcome far cry from the almost 100 degree nights we had a few weeks ago. It was pretty weird, thinking that maybe they would all be different but no same people just different looking. All in all it was a decent night, didn't do much just chilled, peer pressured to do narcotics, you know the usual.
