Dark_Raven
That side of the family being in the States for over 150 years, I am sure there is more than Irish in that bloodline. That side of the family is mostly of Irish decent is what I should say. He's tall and stocky. He should have played football, he would have made a good lineman. Hades was the life of the party. RIP You'll be missed.

Could be worse, though. Edited September 17, 2006 by Dark Moth

Blarghagh
I thought that joke was gonna end with them ending up stoned somehow. You disappoint me. But that's a stereotype about my own people that I don't fit! Why would I perpetuate it? Hey, this cake is green. Awesome. (I love you man.) Atreides
I think after a certain point being too tall's annoying. Ducking under stuff, nothing fits etc. Stuff is constructed for medium height people. Still I'm happy I can reach the top shelves and stuff. Spreading beauty with my katana. Musopticon?
"German/Irish" laff I guess I could call myself German/Pruss/Russian/Karelian/Swedish-Saami, but I prefer Finnish. kirottu said: I was raised by polar bears. I had to fight against blood thirsty wolves and rabid penguins to get my food. Those who were too weak to survive were sent to Sweden. It has made me the man I am today. metadigital
I thought Irish people were short and stocky? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No. My paternal grandmother's father was 6'8 and (consequently) a member of the Irish Guards. My father was born in 1920, so his maternal grandfather would have been born in the first years of the nineteenth century: two meters is not a mean size in those contemporary conditions. metadigital
Pffft. I thought my nine-foot frame was small, considering my family are all taller than me. (Apart from a brother, who is only six-foot-twenty-four, but we don't talk about him.)
