Lyric Suite
Well, after whatching several Andrei Tarkovsky films (alone, everybody i know hates this director) i think there isn't a film i couldn't sit through in it's entirety.
mkreku
Well, after whatching several Andrei Tarkovsky films (alone, everybody i know hates this director) i think there isn't a film i couldn't sit through in it's entirety. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I've seen a few Tarkovski movies. Stalker wasn't too bad and Ivan's Childhood was kind of neat. But it takes some getting used to, learning how to watch those classic russian movies. Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
Lyric Suite
He is not an easy director to get into, to be sure. So far i've seen Andrei Rublev, Solaris and Stalker, and i think my only gripe with those films is in the translation. The dialog just seems so hackward at times but many russian speaking fans tend to vouch it's absolutly terrific in it's original format. I know that Imgar Bergman considered Tarkovski his superior, so he can't be that bad... Edited November 6, 2005 by Lyric Suite
Surreptishus
Why would anyone not be able to sit through a movie? barring any external interruptions, it is not even remotely difficult to sit watching something you enjoy. I'm guessing 2 people have attention problems. BTW i like Darque's new avatar, the old one seemed a tad butch
Pidesco
I can watch two, even three movies without stopping. So one isn't a problem.
