Guest Darth Banooby7 Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I use the term "master" loosely, to mean any Jedi who is in a position "over" another. I like Yoda alot. Did anyone else wonder why Vandar didn't talk backwards like Yoda?
Jedi_Knight Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I suppose Yoda, being the weird little munchkin he is, just grew up talking like that. Not every human talks the same way. But why didn't you include Luke Skywalker? My vote gos to him.
Guest Darth Banooby7 Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Oh crap. I knew I was forgetting one of them. I was thinking more of the Old republic though.
MASTER Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I got to say me I teach people to use battle medditation all day long
Muad'Dib Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I loved the character of Qui-Gon Jinn. While he did things on his own terms and defied the Council repeatedly, he also had this demeanor of great wisdom and knowledge (Two different things). He also seemed to me as the exemplary Jedi mentor, I hated he didn't last the entire prequel trilogy. He and Maul were my favorite things from Ep1.
TheHutt Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Mace Windu. Props to the mohawk eh? JediPoPo?
TheHutt Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 BTW! Carth Vader... Kick *** sig, gogo Weird Al :D I love that song
Meshugger Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Yo-yo-yo-yo-Yoda. Darth Ni Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 I think Mace Windu was a good Master. However, I also liked Master Zhar (yea yea yea i know...)
Guest Darth Banooby7 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 you LIKED master Zhar? HOW could you LIKE master Zhar? He was sooooooooooooooo booooring. just kiddin' you like who you like ya know?
Laozi Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Obi-Wan without a doubt, his teacher's are Qui-Gon and Yoda, he beat Vader one way or another in both meetings, and he trained Luke Skywalker. Plus he was well acted in both all movies People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

And when Qui fights you can see the focus in his eyes. "Some people are always trying to iceskate uphill." Blade(Wesley Snipes) from the movie Blade. MASTER Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 I got to say me I teach people to use battle medditation all day long <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Really. How do you do that? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I use jedi mind trick on them to make them thinktha they can do it and they are learning it.
Jedi Master D Murda Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 I love Master Yoda, especially in Ep V... so wise and so powerful. I love Qui-Gon and Mace Windu as well.
Exar_Kun Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 the dude u trained under in dantooine is master zhar; what abou some sith masters? uthar wynn, palpatine, mr. kun, bane...any of those ring a bell? but i'd have to go for mace windu...
GhostofAnakin Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Yoda will always get my vote. ALWAYS. "Console exclusive is such a harsh word." - Darque"Console exclusive is two words Darque." - Nartwak (in response to Darque's observation)
Azure79 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Kyle Katarn Awesome Saberist, Wisecraker, Anti-Authoritarian and has a hot girlfriend.(though you can't tell in Jedi Knight 2)

He fought lightsaber wielding dinosaurs! He cut an old blind dude in half! You've gotta give him points for cutting an old blind dude in half.
starwarskid15_19 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 cutting a blind dude doesnt seem like a very jedi thing to do. id have to say..... OBI WAN. the original jedi master, trained under yoda and qui gon, beat vader 2 times, trained the most powerful jedi ever, in my opinion wouldve been able to rival yoda in a battle, and he killed my favorite bad guy ever the force is what gives a jedi his power. its an energy field created by all living things. it surrounds us and penetrates us. it binds the galaxy together
zion22 Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 Im going with yoda. mace coming in close behind, samual J with lightsabar the coolest.
