  1. Nothing happens to the Hawk. You tell the guy he can get the ship back, but the ship happens to be boarded by the Red Eclipse (and they kill him). So, everyone wins...except him....
  2. I noticed this as well, but when I got boarded by the Sith on Peragus, and the Trandoshan Slavers on Nar Shaddaa. When I tried to find it after I defeated them, it dissapeared as well.
  3. You have to ask her whether she is a Sith or a Jedi. It'll show you the cutscene then.
  4. I think it was the dark side. There was the whole bit about Vader losing his mechanical hand and Luke getting one. I think this was Luke 'becoming his father' and giving into the dark side. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ah, but that was just forshadowing the future. That eventually that love would be corrupted and then become anger, and then he would become his father.
  5. Don't we see Vader's face in 4 of the 6 movies. This doesn't apply to Malak who simply had his jaw cut off, but here goes: the rationale of Lucas would probably be that using the dark side takes a physical toll on the Force Adept not unlike the use of a highly addictive drug like heroin. The capillaries burst, the eyes sink, the figure becomes more gaunt and the user ages faster. In star wars history, the sith usually fall only to overwhelming force-exar Kun killed hundreds of jedi at his last stand; Maul killed 4 jedi in total before being killed due not to Obi-Wan's power, but due to his own overconfidence; Luke Skywalker overcomes Vader only by giving in to his own anger and tapping the darkside-which suggests that the dark side is stronger. To counterbalance this, light side force users seem to have abnormally long life (in some cases immortality). So the dark side offers quicker, more immediate and apparent power at cost to health and the light side offers health and peace of mind at the expense of a longer road toward achieving mastery. The sides of the force are a tortoise and the hare sort of thing. Now. From a design standpoint Malak, Sion, Vader, and Nihilis have something wrong with them because it makes them look scary. Ooh. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> In my humble opinion, Luke never tapped into the Dark side. It was love for the only remaining family member he had left. Love can make you do crazy things...even beat up your dad...
  6. I ran into this problem as well, but it only occured when Kreia was in my party. For some reason, she seemed to mess up my game. If she wasn't in your party, just try and reload a couple times. If that dosn't work, you probably have to start over...
  7. I've played through the game on both sides of the Force, and while on the Lightside, I saw my Force points didn't regenerate in the Tomb, while on the Darkside, they did. I just assume that depending on your allignment, your Force points will either regenerate or not. Also, after completing certain things from the past and present (being recruit by Malak, Battle of Dxun, choosing sides), the Force returns to you. So, long story short, yes, the depletion of your Force points is supposed to happen.
  8. Well, sometimes my game lets me do two attacks in the same turn. Like for example, I used Master Heal and Flurry at the same time, but there is no fighting animation. I gain health, while the enemy takes damage. I'm not sure if that is a glitch or not, but it sure is helpful.
  9. It's also a good thing to use Adhesive Grenades. Keeps em' stuck while you power up a ship, and so you don't get trapped.
  10. That's quite easy. I've made a lightsaber that did damage in the 40's. You just have to find the right crystals, and lightsaber upgrades, likes lenses and what-not.
  11. The Turbolift door is where you came from. The surface, where your ship crashed. If you remember when you came in, and got dissarmed, that's where you entered.
  12. The Dark Side ending, was just....pointless. So you've slaughtered everyone in the Academy, and the three Sith Lords...you've got no army now! How are you supposed to wage war agaisn't the Jedi without one? The Light Side ending was good though, you go in search of Revan. It reminded me of the Empire Strikes Back. Looking for Han/Revan.
  13. I didn't use her much, for healing purposes, until I got Master Heal. But she is still good to have around. Like, when you ask her to teach you about the Force. More Force points is good, so is experience, and sometimes powers....although Beast Trick was the biggest waste of a Force power since....Speed.
  14. Uh...that sounds kinda creepy.... But anyway, I've stood by long enough, I can't let my favorite Star Wars character be bashed any longer. I just don't see how Luke was considered a whiner. Oh sure, he wanted to go to a station for some power converters, but how does that make him a whiner? I'm sure everyone has done some kind of whineing, alot worse than Skywalker.
  15. I wonder if the movie you get when you complete the otherwise inaccessable "HK FACTORY" mission counts as one of the mysterious missing movies? I also noticed that I was a few movies short at the end. I've heard there's also a SITH holocron on KORRIBAN that has a move if you're dark side. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Sith Holocron (darkside only) has a message from Bastila, about her concern with Revan leaving. It's just an in-game cut-scene, not a hi-res movie.
