two lightsabers do more damage but single looks cooler....i will probably switch between whatever does the most damage on my first play through on TSL then stick to single like i did in kotor 1

two Lightsabers....short lightsaber in off-hand(Left) which i place crystals that deflect blasters and does a lil damage to Droids...And regular lightsaber with crystals like Sapith and Upari which will dish out the heavy damage against my enemies

i dont know what everyone is talkin about with curved lightsabers and stuff i use my mini micro sized pocket death star as a weapon. it does 1 million damage and lightsabers cant deflect its shots. but seriously like i said earlier i choose single it just seems like being a more authentic jedi

the force is what gives a jedi his power. its an energy field created by all living things. it surrounds us and penetrates us. it binds the galaxy together

I'm happy to see the old-style one-handed light saber winning this poll. :)

I have to say this...

Congrats to all of you going for roleplaying over power!!!!

One-handed? Oldskool (!) lightsabers aren't one-handed.

Well...they can be...

Well I could tell he means the classic saber...the only one type...

i prefer using 10 light sabers and spinning them around me using the force, then just walk through my enemies.

Your mastery of the force is most impressive.

I'll use one the first time just for roleplaying value alone...

Good point. Besides role-playing elements, there's also style factor. How much cooler would it look having your single saber raised in your main hand, while your free off-hand is "force-crusing" someone in a fist? B)

That's much better than having your double saber 'droop' in your main hand, or having another saber in the "force-crush" hand.

That's not normal. Normal is whatever the Ninjas are and what the Jedi is not. :D

Even the mighty Visor of La Forge won't save the Jedi from Ninja's AND the Princess of Persia! :)

Beduin-al-quida-ninjas in space..bleah seen that a million times before.

I prefer the dual bladed lightsaber, liked it a heck of alot better than single since I first saw it. It just looks cool, with just one blade my screen doesn't have enough glowing energy beam weapon coolness being displayed as with a dual blade. I don't like the look of two sabers. But these are all just my opinions

Single blade ^^

It should give you such a speed bonus of having single style because your not having to do as many things, and either way it is the tradition of the jedi knight. "On the rare occasion a jedi decides to take up arcane fighting methods is the day a jedi loses the belief he is strong enough to hold his own" some random dude lol.

To conclude, what is the most efective, what hit more, make touch the target the most....? So What is the best in Kotor to win?

i reckon that the single and dual bladed need something extra to balance out against two lightsabres i really like two cause i customise each one - one has high blaster bolt deflection the other good attack

Initially I wielded duel lightsabers, but I later came to the conclusion that a mere one lightsaber would suffice for my objectives.

I did the same, i first used either 2 or double-bladed because they were cool but after a few times through i started going with the classic 1 sabre.

Another great idea by the people who brought you beer milkshakes!
