Yeah, I have seen it from Mort's video. If they make it playable from a get go, it's a bit win for the game (which reminds me I STILL need to play it. I got close recently, as I installed it and modded on GOG, but didn't get to around playing the game).

It seems D&D projects get some love in post BG3 era. Is it to much to hope for Neverwinter Nights3 to become a thing? Comeone Microsoft, you passed on the BG3, now let Obsidian have some fun with the IP.

Well maybe it won't take an age to come out like The Guild 3

Oh, finally (I wish listed it almost 2 years ago). Early access tho, not the "full game" available, totally "unoptimized" etc. But it doesn't look bad, and most importantly, zero MT and no "online required."  It's 20% off this week ($24), supposedly will be $50 on non-EA release. I'm 98% sure I'd buy it at release anyway, so despite early access, I'm going to buy it now, play it a bit, then uninstall it and wait for it to be finished in a year or three.  I think my biggest concern (outside of performance demand/issues) is whether the later added Masteries would be one's I like, since that would affect replayability a lot.

Balance in SF6 is pretty good as well. Jinrai is just this annoying move with good pressure, mixup and little effective counter play. With its multitude of defensive options CotW probably won’t find it too oppressive.

All I am hearing of CotW is good. It will be the game I will be looking into if I ever get bored of SF6.

Not sure if 40% is good enough deal for you, but just in case you might be interested , Ken dropped today, and the game has 40% discount on all platforms (until AUG13). 🙂

Yeah, I have seen it, but thanks for thinking of me anyway. I've been considering it, but frankly, there is no way I will play it anytime soon, so I will pass for now. I generally try not to buy games now, which I am unlikely to play right away, as I end up with endless backlog, that I never get around to actually playing.

Funnily enough, I liked DoW2 better. The original came out when the market was so oversaturated with RTSs and apart from having the 40k skin it brought nothing new to the table gameplay wise.

Borderlands 4 "min. requirements" include Intel Core i7-9700 / AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, 16gb ram and  RTX 2070 / AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, with 100GB SSD space.
Recommended = 3080 gpu.   And ofc probably that's for 1080/60fps. And UE5 engine. And Denuvo this time.

Especially annoying (to me/some others) in this case because BL's graphic style did not need uber upgrading re: graphics/lighting/shadows. It was never going for realism etc. Don't know if they're offering RT but BL definitely doesn't need that either. No one played BL series for the uber graphics.  I'm sure I can still play it at 4k/DLSS/medium or something, like I usually manage to do, but hubby's out of luck till he upgrades (if he does).

A ridiculous $130 "super deluxe" pre-purchase version for what amounts to the "seasons pass" of yore. So they've doubled the price basically for the season-pass dlc/extra chr. classes/other post-release content ($60 vs $30). I wonder if post-release, the separated pack pricing will still = $60ish or it'll end up being more. Or maybe they'll price it into 20 different dlc. each new area/mission dlc, $20x4, extra chr class, $20x2, etc. Wouldn't surprise me. 😛

Yeah, sale-price for sure.

Tales of Xiliia Remaster will be released in October 25. I was so hyped for this, but this time no PS4 version, and as always Bamco ignores GOG. Steam will be probably ridden by Denuvo again, so unfortunately, this will be 1st Tales of game released in the West, which I will have to skip :(
