It was a joke scene, though. With Larian's usual type of humour. Well, the usual is more gory. Nonetheless, it did increase the game's visibility, and probably even more than Fox did for Mass Effect.

Bioware started it with a bull, Larian responded with a bear, so the next logical escalation would be something like a hippo or elephant.

Civilization, in fact, grows more and more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. - H.L. It shouldnt be a major hurdle, just include attractive women as Romance options and you will be ahead of Larian in the Romance competition

Josephine from DA:I is a good example of this. We just asking for real inclusive Romance and not selective inclusivity and that means also catering for straight men

Barrel Gate 3 does not have attractive characters, all things considered. Even the most popular "Shadowheart" is fugly.

Icing on the cake is what those Belgians did to Viconia.

You right about Viconia, its a disgrace and unrealistic because of the way Drow age. She is too old for the time gap

Im waiting for a mod  to change that

I'm waiting for (and need) many, many mods for BG3 to make it even remotely playable for me, beginning with a 6-person party mod.

Yup. I make a decent living, but don't spend much on myself. And no kids. So I'm glad to find something I can spend my hard-earned money on that will bring me a lot of joy and happiness.

No, not at all. I'm strictly RPG and strategy gaming. But the thing is, my current machine is nine years old. I always get max use out of my computers before I junk them. So I always try to get the "best" when I buy, so that 8-10 years later it is still at least okay.

P.S. I do have a nice 25" 4k display. :)

I am doing exactly the same. Although sometimes, I am inclined to spent some extra dimes sooner than later, as last time, because I wanted to much to start racing in Assetto Corsa Competizione. If I would stay with RPGs as before finding that game, I would not need new PC for few more years 😂

Kanie you do realize if you ask  most active gamers  " what are your 10  top favorite games  of  all  time  " they are mostly  older games

You dont need  an updated machine to  experience real gaming satisfaction.  You dont think you have been fooled  and manipulated by the " evil, Western,  Capitalist "  system  into an  unnecessary upgrade  :aiee:

No way! I love being able to set my games--old or new--to max graphics settings and no performance compromises when I play.
