Overview:
For the full list of accesories head over to the Official Wiki.
The intention of the list is to make it easier for players to hunt for the accessories they are most likely to need in their playthrough, and to know at which point in the game they can aquire them. The List is ordered by what catagory the accessory belongs to (head, amulet etc) and within the catagories they are ordered after when you can expect to get them (early, mid, lategame).
Used ingame stats to get the most correct values (patch 2.0). I haven't added all of the accessories because that would take a long time. There are several more accessories that can be useful in particular instances. The majority of accessories in this game can atleast be conditionally useful, but this is the list of accessories I would look to grab almost every playthrough or use on specific builds. Just because an item is recived later in the game doesn't necessarily make it more powerful. Some might be abit more powerful then their counterparts, but it is very rare they have to compete with other items of that particular slot. Most of these are only strong for a particular role (Tank, Ranged dps, Melee dps, Caster, Healer etc). In the cases where they do compete you can most of the time hand it over to another party member. Most of the items are pretty self explanatory, but I added a small note to all of them explaining what uses they have. List does not include trinkets.

Without S-B grade classification your list look much better :D

To simplify your work you can take https://pillarsofete...ire_accessories page source, and add your own additional info and then render your list as PDF document

Entonia Signet Ring gives you defenses based on how many enemies engaged you, not the other way round. So if you fight against enemies that have no engagement (tigers for example) or you have immunity against engagement you will get 0 bonuses from it.

Ring of Overseeing is missing: adds base AoE size and works very well with high INT and Aloth's Armor. You can get two of them and they stack.

Darkest Before Dawn is only 1/rest.

Heart-Chime Amulet seems to be bugged and always gives Lunar Excellence which is +1 to Power Level - which is pretty decent.

Since deflection has increasing returns the Cloak of Greater Deflection is not only a great early game cloak, but great in general as long as you want to tank.

Ajamuut's Cloak used to work from stealth only (not invisibility). Don't know if that got fixed yet.

Rekvu's Scorched Cloak is missing. If you are injured it turns burn damage into 10% healing (like the ability that Flame Nagas have).

I think you missed the Boltcatchers: https://pillarsofete...om/Boltcatchers
They are pretty good for any melee dps char.

Also Rekvu's Stained Grasp is not there. It works similar to the other Rekvu's stuff: immunity to Constitution afflictions when having at least 1 injury.

Rakhan Field Boots are missing. They do a 5m-Charge with Full Attack on anybody in between. Usage is 1/encounter they are the strongest boots if tou ask me.

The instant potion belt and the scroll summoning belt seem to be missing.

That's all I can add from memory. :)

Aoegor's Swift Touch (gloves) plagued ship north of magran'steeth:  5% chance to ignore ranged attack when above 50% health, +1 DEX, -5% Weapon recovery - gloves for two handed weapons like arquebus/ and two handed melee weapons and bows.

Gloves of the Dungeon Warden - +3 Accuracy gives a Stasis Field 1/Rest deck of many things

And the best amulet in the game only obtained via console:

Cog of Cogh???- immune to resolve afflictions, gives the wearer aware inspiration when a nearby enemy dies

There's also the Woedica Necklace from the BoW dragon (forgot the name). It gives you +1 RES and... +1 MIG(?) for every party member that goes down. The awesomeness is: it also works when summons go down. Hence it's the perfect necklace if you have a summoner in the party.

The necklace is “Neriscrylas’ Hope”.

The description of the necklace says it stacks 0 times, though. Is that right?

If so, it seems a little underwhelming... :/

So far it stacks without limit. I mean stats are cpped at 35, so there's a limit. But in theory it would go on forever. :)

Thanks for the tips I will update the list when I have time. As I pointed out in the overview I haven't added all the accessories in the list because the list would be filled with a lot of items that are rarely useful and a few weak accessories, therefore i chose to just link to the official forums. It does seem like i missed a few useful ones though.

The reason I didnt add instant potion/summon scroll belt is because I feel like you could just spend that money you use to buy it on actually crafting the potions/scrolls you want. The belts will be economical over time, but a lot of the times you might get sub optimal scrolls and potions. I personally wouldn't waste the gold/item slot on it.

Other then Rekvus Fractured Casque the other two Rekvus items seems like their benefit doesn't really justify taking up an item slot and an injury at the same time. Maybe im wrong and you could make a high  fire dmg build  to make Rekvus scorched cloak worth it. Maybe Paladin/Firegodlike/Hearthchime amulet could make it worth it, but it seems to me you will be trying to use 2 sub optimal items and a weak subrace that synergizes well together. When I get the time I will do some testing with it but im doubtful that the synergy is strong enough.

Yes. It makes you immune to all fire damage and even turns 10% of it into healing. You can stand in your own Wall if Flame and nuke yourself with Fireballs for healing while destroying your surroundings.

And if you are already keeping a minor injury like Acute Rash or Serious Burn (can be self-inflicted easily) for Rekvu's Fractured Casque in order to use Vaporous Wizardry you could def. equip the Scorched Cloak so you can heal-nuke yourself.

For Rekvu Scorched cape, you can see some of the test result from this post. Self inflicted Combusting Wounds is quite potent. Just ignore the part where Wall of Fire can trigger the self inflicted CW hits - somehow it doesn't work that way.

@Boeroer:

How is the Son of Rekvu build coming along? ;)

It's genuinely annoying me that I don't know where the wahaki tua and bracers of greater deflection drop.

The Pathfinder boots drop location I forget but it's been posted on this forum and should be findable in a search.

The Ring of Focused Flame is also great for fire-nuke-build priests.

You can also get a free Physicker's Belt from the derelict ship south of Tikawara.

I picture you in a Deadfire lab with beakers and electricity flowing all around, laughing as you come up with all kinds of crazy combos.

We all know what needs to be done: PoE3 should have an orlan animancer experimenting with niche, seemingly useless types of essence and adra, only to accidentally create a new god or something.

So far so good. Still playing it as MC. Got all Rekvu stuff at lvl 8, now at lvl 10. Once I'm done with that playtrough I will post a build description. :)
