  1. As I was on the ship I talked to Max and in mid dialogue one of my crew member climber an invisible ladder in the background and clipped through the ceiling next thing I know Pav is labeled as “dead” even though I’m not on supernovae and her quest Don’t Bite The Sun is botched thankfully I had a save before hand but has anyone else had crew members just “die” on the ship I was in the space laboratory.
  2. Sometimes when a loading screen is supposed to appear, the screen is just black with only the logo and the mouse pointer being visible. I had it that after a long wait (a minute?) it went into the normal loading screen and then went on normally. I also had it was just stuck.
  3. I keep getting issues with dialogues: First, when starting a new one iwith an NPC t tends to lag. Sometimes it also lags a lot when next lines of dialogues are supposed to follow. When skipping dialogues [space], the entire system bugs completely out, sometimes I get the massive lag mentioned above before the next line proceeds, then some stuttering of the entire engine, then again I get entirely stuck in a line of dialogue (I can only enable/disable the History and nothing else). Sometimes when I hit ESC and then resume, the previous line is repeated but then nothing proceeds with the current. So: Skipping dialogue seems not to work at all. Even letting it run can be a rather laggy affair. What's also annoying: When the game is stuck in this way it completely overlays the windows desktop, I can start the Task Manager, but cannot change to it to actually kill the game. [I play on a Intel Xeon E3 with a GTX 1080 from a SSD, 16 GB RAM. Everything else runs pretty fine, so this is actually this game.] edit: Just loaded a fresh game, went carefully (without touching anything and with giving it plenty of time to stream) through the Dialogue with Tobbson (the Cannary boss), got some dialogue-lags but that aside went through and right at the end on [leave conversation]... crash to desktop. I do like the game so far, but it seems pretty unplayable right now.
  4. The lighting in the character creator is too dark and is making all of the hair options look like variations of black. I've seen other forums of users complaining about lack of variety in hair color, but I think the problem is lighting, not variety. I created a guy with dark grey hair and in-game his hair is almost white. For context, the lighting on the skin is fine. For some reason the hair is just super dark in the creator. Please fix the lighting in the character creator to more accurately reflect it's true color in-game.

  6. I was having an audio issue, so I decided to save and restart the game, but after I loaded back in, my controls were messed. I seems that somehow moving and looking around were both bound to both of the analog sticks, meaning every time I tried to move forward, I would also look upwards towards. I tried to create a new character to see if it was only exclusive to that specific save, but I had the same issue on the new character. I'll try reinstalling to see if it fixes the issue, just wanted to make you guys aware and I'll update it gets fixed. UPDATE: Re-Installing fixed the issue
  7. As the title says, this is a visual bug that keeps changing all terrain textures a short distance in front of me. It may look like 2 hills with 2 different colors (grey in the back and brown at the front) but it's actually 1 hill that changes color half way through because of this bug. https://imgur.com/a/DHlZ3Oj I've tried changing all menu settings but nothing works. Someone on reddit mentioned it's probably a draw ditance/lod issue but had no idea how to fix it. I was able to tolerate it for the first 10-15 mins of the game 'cause it wasn't too open, but as soon as I tried to explore the larger area, it became intolerable because it does this on all terrain and even the buildings depending on which side I'm coming from. It doesn't happen in the town as bad because the distance in front of me isn't that much. I have a rx580 8gb (with latest drivers installed), i7 3770k and 16gb of ram. I'm not that good with computers but I'm happy to provide whatever other information you need. Thanks for any help you can give me because I was really getting into the story, and the visuals without this bug are amazing, but this bug made it feel like I was playing an early access game.
  8. title says it all Edit: I don't think it actually means your skin color is stuck cuz if u afk u do the classic fallout afk 3rd person spin. Pretty sure mine was fine.
  9. I didn't see any bug report section of the game or forum so I'll post this here just in case the devs read this. At the very start of the game, right after you exit the ship for the first time, there is a bandit camp on the left side of your objective. It is the camp with the first lookout the player sees. At this camp, there is a large tree with boxes next to it. If you jump between the boxes and the tree you are permanently stuck there, bouncing around unable to move or get out. Jumping while stuck makes the noise but no movement. Saving manually is not possible while stuck in this position, saving automatically and loading is. The screen jitters up and down constantly. The crosshairs flicker rapidly between moving and non-moving giving the impression of double crosshairs on the player's screen. I have replicated this issue with ease 4 times in a row, so it should not be hard to find for anyone trying. Attached are pictures of the location described.
  10. Just installed the game and started playing. And everything seemed fine until the first night, when I noticed a rather big visual problem (visible more at night because of the contrast, and also that's when I came out into a more open space). Head bobbing weirdly affects the sky and horizon, causing every layer to bob kind of separately. It's only visible while walking/jogging. Doesn't happen at all while sprinting. I can link a video if anyone wants to see exactly what I mean, but it can really make one dizzy. Anyway, did anyone else notice this particular problem?
  11. My game is crashing my computer every 3 minutes. Forcing a full system freeze and restart. Xbox game pass for pc pc specs: Core i7 4790k 32gb Ram RTX 2070 64 bit all drivers and windows system is up to date! help!!!

  13. Bug : Minor When the main character ask this question to Fleet Master Okaya at Sayuka, her answers are looped and not arrange properly. The question is "Why are you here in particular?"
  14. Go to Fort Dunnage. Enter the King's Coffin and talk with NPC Elias Zelen. He will tell you about his story. The options provided for a player is 1) respond something and 2) [Listen]. If you just choose [Listen], you will notice that his story jumps here and there. Some of dialogue that should be there is skipped. This kind of work is sloppy. If you just do not want a player to click on "unfinished" option, please just make sure that only one option available. There is no need to put more option if you do not work on it properly.

Category : Minor, should be easily fixed After recruiting Serafen, the main character travels to Fort Deadlight without talking to Serafen at all, and reachs for the Forge before going to the Court. Serafen will suddenly talks about Syri out of nowhere. I believe such dialogue should be brought up by Serafen at the Court only, not any other place else, because Syri is at the Court. The right sequence should be : 1. Recruit Serafen 2. *** Talk to Serafen about how to infiltrate the Fort Deadlight. This step should be mandatory for the smooth story run, but currently it is not. *** 3. Infiltrate the Fort Deadlight. 4. Going to any place in Fort Deadlight should not trigger Serafen to talk about Syri. 5. When the main character visit the Court -- where Syri stays, Serafen gives a warning about Syri to the Watcher. I wish that I do not need to attach the save file. I have rerolled new character like more than 10 times and this happens every time. Testers should not find it hard to reproduce this bug.
  16. Version: v5.0.0.0040 LAX123ABCDEFGHI[TB] -steam I am playing in turn-based mode at maximum game speed with manual turn-ending. I have made two attempts at the Neriscyrlas fight in Beast of Winter. The same problem has occurred both times and has caused me to abandon and reload the fight. Both times were due to the game landing in a stuck state when a controllable character was affected by the Terrified affliction. When it is their turn, I am obviously unable to command them to perform any actions, but the End Turn button is simply greyed out with "Waiting..." and neither of my end-turn hot key (Ctrl or Enter) end the turn. In both instances the terrified effect was present on multiple characters: 1. The first instance involved the game getting stuck on the turn of one of the animated weapons summoned by Vatnir using the skill Called to His Bidding, the Ancient Instruments of Death. The weapon was suffering from the terrified affliction. 2. The second instance occurred when two characters were Terrified and Vatnir himself landed in the Waiting... state in his turn. Most of the existing posts I found mentioning this problem seem to state that it has since been fixed, but this happened in v5.0. I do not want to use cheats as a work-around as that will disable my achievements. Is there another way to deal with this problem? Thanks.
  17. Several persistent bugs, happen to every character as far as I can remember. These are the most recent instances. General Info - Steam, merged from original Android account (played on the same computer using android emulator) - Win 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit - PC is custom. - PFID# FAEFDABE617FAD2E Gameplay - Pass & play on/permadeath are OFF - Campaign - Characters in Party: Lem and Lini (original characters) - Turn Order Lem, Lini (those bugs happen regardless of turn order) - Difficulty is Legendary - None of the issues have to do with Hordes and happen regardless if first exploration or not Issue#1 When playing the last scenario (Into the Eye), the Revelation Quill, the Eagle and Scrying are unplayable. This is the most disturbing bug of all, and has persisted throughout the years, even after merging my main account with Steam. I know it has been reported before, but it's still there. Issue#2 Another persistent issue with my game is Rimeskull. Whenever a location is closed, only the character who closed it moves to another location. Other characters are trapped, and are forced to lose a turn before moving out in subsequent turns. Also, characters cannot move into previously closed locations, unless I quit the game altogether, and rerun it Issue#3 Another persistent issue is in Assault on the Pinnacle. When choosing loot after I defeat a bane, the "buttons" are always misaligned. In my last game I tried to click 6 spells, but I got 4 weapons and 2 spells instead. Issue#4 The black tower. Another persistent one. Harpy monks do not allow my characters to use powers, either before they act or during the combat check. (Thankfully, after playing in steam, Harpy monks' cards do not remain there, blocking my view of my next encounters, as before) Issue#5 The last major persistent bug is a more general one. When playing cards like the Corrosive Storm or Blizzard BEFORE the exploration, and during the encounter the character who played them is FORCED to make a check, those cards are always returning to his hand, as if they were never played. This diminishes they usefulness, as they often cannot be played at all, if the character plays another card of the same type. Issue#6 Into the Eye (again): I noticed that only one Henchman per character was shuffled into the location deck, despite that I played in Legendary difficulty.   19. Im playing "Pillars Of Eternity" on Xbox one and after scouting the Endless Paths of Od Nua level 12,i found some Diamonds that got transferred to my stash. But when i went trought both my inventory and stash they are gone!? Now i dont remember if i have picked up any gems before this but i know i picked up more than 1 Diamond and it is nowhere to be found (i currently have no Gems in my inventory) and im at a complete loss for what to do. I tried accessing another save but no luck. Is there another storage option aside from the party characters inventory or the 100-items Stash storage i dont know about or is this a bug?
  20. druid who chooses spiritshift Stag can't cast spells in stag form, more often than not the character will freeze when the spell is supposed to be done. I don't know what causes the problem, it seems to happen randomly
  21. Just purchased the game on Nintendo Switch. Main character is Druid with Stag Spiritshift. The Spiritshift ability was working fine for several hours, but now isn't working under any condition. I can't select it manually in the radial menu - the option is there but it simply won't activate. Also, with Spiritshift AI enabled, the character still won't switch when engaged. This is happening through many encounters, different save files, multiple locations. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
  22. I've encountered a bug where the green circles underneath Pallegina and my character disappeared. It happened on the 11th flow of the Endless Paths, and may be due to them becoming confused or dominated, though that has happened before and others were but still have their circles. A solution or knowing that this won't affect anything else would be nice.
  23. Dear Obsidian, I'm playing addon Beast of Winter on my Mac and got a crash when fight with Soul Collector (when he beat my character). Even if I kill him without touching me next Soul Collector wil touch and game crash.   24. I'm playing an Ascendent/Assassin mindstalker, and I'm noticing that when I make my first attack from stealth (to initiate combat), sometimes I gain focus, and other times I don't. The weapon seems to make a difference (I have never received focus from the initial sneak attack with an arquebus, and most of the time it works with a warbow, but not always). Is this a bug? What am I missing?
  25. The initial text when staring a new game is skipped without the player doing anything. Only the first phrase is narrated, then it is skipped. Tested in english and it is normal, it seems to happen on ly and portuguese.
