  1. So like if you haven't already received the Crookspur quest from Furrante, and Aeldys' subsequent counter offer, you miss out on that dialogue. You will get the queen asking you to blow up the RDC and frame the VTC even if you haven't done any of their other quests (you can still pick up those quests if you talk to her again though). Nothing major though if you're concerned with RP and continuity etc. then it may not work for you.
  2. The Dispersed Suffering enchant on the new Frostfall mace says it increases duration of hostile effects by +20%, however it is actually increasing by +50%. This is both displayed in the combat log and seen if you monitor a debuff on a mob.
  3. Sorry, I meant they are PL8 and PL9 respectively. Call of Rymrgand is like a Pull of Eora which deals frost damage and -5 seconds beneficial effect duration on each tick.
  4. Symbol of Rynrgand is lvl 8, Call of Rymrgand is lvl 9. The Incarnate summon is quite powerful but it means all your spells are garbage for the duration.
  5. Yeah I haven't found the sword yet, but tbh I sounds pretty straight forward. Healing on kill, more healing on death, hit to crit chance which we aren't sure exactly how much it is. All scaling off religion. Maybe it will even proc on Chanter skeletons kills :D And produce a lot of free healing True, it doesn't specify enemy kills so that should work. Just consoled it in on my Berzerker test save and put 19 points into religion, taking me up to 22 then took on Concelhaut. First HoF yielded 1 miss, 4 hits, 7 crits - of those crits one was due to the sword. Second HoF yielded 1 graze, 2 hits, 7 crits - two of the crits were due to the sword this time. This is at lvl 20 upscaled PotD, HoF is rolling 130 accuracy. The heal on kill is consistently 39.7 health with 22 religion and 18 might. Interestingly there were a bunch of entries for the proc that said "Similar effect with longer duration already applied". Let them knock me out and got healed by 104 on revival. I was however Weakened (-50%) and gaping wound (-25%) so under better circumstances with maxed religion this could possibly revive you at full health. Just repeated the test; same results with the healing but got 0 conversions from either HoFs. Healing on kill appears to be 10 + 1/religion + might/misc healing bonuses. Adding to main post now.
  6. So I currently have three stacks going; two pre-upgrade and one post.

  8. For those who have already left Bullbois realm; you can go and get sick in the Undercity. You may have to move in and out of the pools though, haven't checked.
  9. Haven't tested either, but carnage does 33% of the weapons base damage (quality etc.) is ignored. This means it would be very low damage if it did.
  10. That's odd, when I tested the other day it cancelled it immediately. But maybe that's because I was testing spells and not weapon applied DoTs?
  11. Yes you can upgrade the enchant to apply to all weapons, or grant a larger bonus to ranged. You'll also want to take the Blade Cascade enchant. I rushed Ashen Maw at level 13, skipping pretty much all the faction quests and came back to finish them. Some of the dialogue is a little strange if you do that though.
  12. Obsdian's QA might Don't wanna get blamed for any nerfs So I decided to show what I've been able to do with the Oathbreaker's End as I think it is probably the most powerful of the new weapons. First off I slapped it on my Ravager build and changed the helmet to Rekvu's as I already had a wound. Could definitely be more optimised but this is a decent demonstration: Next I used Unity Engine mod to change to a pure Berzerker and did the same fight; pretty much instantly destroyed the whole screen. I decided to test it on a harder fight (a lot of those mobs have low HP and defenses), so went and found Concelhaut: I got unlucky on the first HoF, in my initial test I cleared all his goons bar 2 on near death with a single HoF. As you can see though, this particular approach is not suited for single target damage, especially against a highly resilient target like Skullboi. Both these builds were hastily thrown together with what I had on hand and thought would work, but I'm sure they can be fine tuned to be even stronger.
  13. They actually make your fists stronger at the same time. It is working as intended AFAIK.
  14. This is exactly what I use on my Ravager and it is very effective. Also keep Beza's blade around for ghosts.
  15. I believe once you've completed the DLC and returned to Deadfire you are locked out. Haven't actually checked though but that's what was implied in Rymrgands final conversation. Edit: You can reenter just fine.
  16. If you are invisible in combat as an assassin an "assassin" buff will appear on your char frame. Also your character on screen will be partially see through.
  17. Yeah the good surges are pathetic and the bad ones just make you wanna cry. Got two in a row in this fight (level 15) - first he made all the enemies invisible, then this:
  18. Are you using any DoTs? They will break invisibility on the first tick, which is often the moment they are applied.
  19. Yeah still getting all the other Berzerker stuff, just no DoT. Most people would be happy but it's part of my wound generation system damn it!
  20. No merchants currently sell it, but as outlined by Zap earlier in this thread, the gem merchant in Serpents Crown technically can sell it, however something is blocking that "loot list" from being used.
  21. Hard to say, but most likely a bug. Graze/hit/crit all give +50%. Also used it on both a Ravager and a Battlemage with very different stat spreads - same results each time. Could also just be incorrect output in the combat log (I haven't done a comparison of the before/after durations, too much work and too many variables lol). I have some viedos I can upload of some of these tests if anyone wants.
  22. So while messing around with variations of my build, I noticed after changing to Spirit Frenzy from Blood Frenzy, that I was no longer gaining 2 wounds when I activate it (from the DoT). So I looked at the skill and sure enough the DoT is not mentioned, and no damage numbers float up from my head when its active. All other versions of frenzy still have the DoT, including the upgrade, Spirit Tornado.
  23. Alright! So does it have the damage/penetration of a two-hander, or a one-hander? 18-24 damage, 7 penetration (base). So basically a greatsword but single damage type.
  24. For threshing you just have to choose dialogue options that are 'darker'. Also any option to tell her to "gather more souls" will help push it in that direction. Don't think what you say at the end of the quest matters, unless maybe you've been giving mixed responses? Yeah I'm definitely going to play around with Found Guilty some more, ideally you'll be chaining them with Blood Thirst. I like the idea of pure Berzerker however you really need int to maximise the AoE, which comes free with Monk.
