If you bought the season pass and the content for it did not unlock please send an email to: support@obsidian.net PFID# (Located in the setting window of the main menu) Google Play/GameCenter username The email tied to that account. What content are you missing, Characters, Adventures, Daily Gold etc. Proof of Purchase Please do NOT post your personal information publicly here in the forums. Thanks!   5. Thanks! Just for some more information, it seems like this happens a lot when it wants to communicate to the Playfab/whatever server. Like right after killing a monster, it happened and I got zero gold. Then a few seconds later it reconnected. Thanks for the additional info, this is what I'm noticing as well.

I'm lying in bed making notes for tomorrow and patrolling the forums.This issue is known and will be a top priority tomorrow. I can't promise a time frame for a fix but I can promise we will be working on this tomorrow. Can you try killing the app completely and restarting your tablet? Some people have reported success with that and it may provide you a work around for now. Still nothing. Grayed out in the store, lists it as owned. Everything is available to buy for gold. I did a full factory reset on the tablet earlier. Same issue when I boot it up on my phone. It's something on the store/account end. Sorry. Can you PM me your google play or gamecenter user I'd and I'll take a look at your account when I get in the office to tomorrow (today actually...).

As I am encountering the very same issues on my personal tablet you guys are (unable to access season pass, character add on deck not unlocking, constant disconnects) Ive tried a few things that got me access to my season pass content. If the app is running turn it off. Don't just hit the back arrow or minimize it, make sure its killed. Sign out of google play or gamecenter. Power off the tablet. Power the tablet back on and sign back into google play or gamecenter. Start the app. This granted me my season pass content. Character add on deck content was not restored but I'm pretty sure that might be a server side fix. I also still get disconnected and reconnected constantly. Rest assure we will be looking into the issues tomorrow morning.

  9. Once you drag them down to your party, located at the bottom of the screen, you should see a greenish continue arrow display along the right side of the screen. Tap that to continue.
  10. Here is something that trips people up. If you gain a boon with the magic trait it must come from an explore to trigger his ability. If you gain after a different effect such as Detect Magic it will not trigger the free explore. I'll look into this more in the morning to see what else could be going on. Thanks!

  12. I think I sort of worked it out. I started a new party and on the map screen? you push the button with the big P on it. that lets you adjust their decks. cheers You can edit decks at that screen until you beat Black Fang's Dungeon.
  13. Yes there are more levels needed to raise the party tier now. 10 levels instead of 5.

  22. is the 95% of the time the game is correct worth more than the 5% it is not though? Keep weighing in please and posting your opinions. Not sure what we can do hear but it is sure worth listening to you guys and gathering your feedback.
