  1. and stay away from women if they are on some sort of antidepressant.
  2. yeah 10 for smokes but someplaces if you by three at a time they are under that. I went to seattle back in omigod was in 91' and our first stop was a seven eleven where a pack of marlboroughs was like 2.75. I thought that was really cool. i didn't care for any cigarette made in England, though. I guess they charge ten bucks a pack to offset the cost of all those new lung machines they buy. I live in alberta and the next province over in some of the small oil towns i've heard they charge up to fourteen dollars.
  3. And don't forget to leave out Guess Who/ Burton Cummings/Randy Bachman. There are some cool canuck bands out there, though, Sloan can rock occasionally although most of their songs sound kinda the same. I think my fave Canadian band was the Grapes of Wrath.
  4. and why have upgrade slots for your robes ( or maybe it was the jedi armor) if none of the items cannot be used in them?
  5. I live in Alberta, and the seven percent gst seems low but most of our prices carry a hidden sales tax. And its ten plus bux for a pack of smokes. It cheaper to smoke weed
  6. ooh man the atari 2600. Mine was all plastic, no wood to it, and I can still remember sneaking downstairs in the middle of the night to play asteroids and frogger. Activisions games were my faves, like pitfall and that one where you flew the plane over the water bombing crap left and right. I was always jealous because my friends all had the new coleco visions and at the time the graphics were pretty high end. But then after a month the joysticks would break so everyone would be over at my parents house playing atari again.
  7. I really liked what they added with the saruman stuff at the beginning. But I shut off the dvd after the coronation ceremony and it made for a much better movie
  8. I think it is bugged because half the time I used it my master speed didn't work and I had to cast it on its own. And force shield is kind of a waste of a power
  9. Liquor in the U.K. is like snow in Canada. My home town looks like telos right now. I found the first couple levels challenging but the last planet was a cakewalk
  10. And at what point do we get too old to play video games?
  11. Hello! McFly!! Man i hated the ending of that show. And bttf3 was horrible!!
  12. LMFAO <{POST_SNAPBACK}> at least it didn't have a toy car or gerbil in it!!
  13. [ Or you could say 'where is my mind' I love 'goin out west' by Tom Waits. Cos I got hair on my chest and look good without a shirt on. Will anyone else admit to listening to the Velvet Crush?
  14. I like coke. this one girl, one time, at band camp, said her clothes washer seized up, so she dumped a can of coke in it and turned it on and the sonofabiotch worked. mixing soda with liquor is like a guaranteed hangover for me so I smoke more dope and limit my booze to cheap wine and vodka and sunny delight. tastee
  15. Sears can be tricky sometimes. In my hometown , a lot of people that get fired from where I work end up working there. I bought a fridge from them and when it finally came the delivery guy was like ' you'll need to balance that'. so I'm like okay but when i pulled the instructions out they were generic and the place where I was supposed to adjust the legs ( or whatever you call them) has a nice piece of metal covering it. But there service plan kicks some ass. i own a condo and am jealous of people being able to do what they want in there own place. And renovating sucks big time
  16. I think you probably learned more playing the game through twice than anything that the guidebook can tell you. Prima is notorious for their errors. I'm not one hundred percent sure but if I remember correctly T3s hologram is a message from Carth? Or was it Bastila? No I'm thinking Carth. It came up as a dialouge option after the repairs. As for HK (does that stand for hunk o' krap?), he will tell you about revan, but you have to play Ds and impress him with your cruelty. There is an influence thread in the spoilers forum that should let you know how to get the old bucket to talk.
  17. I saw the first Kill Bill right before the second came out and i didn't think it was as great as the first but upon further viewings its right up there. Shawn of the Dead was a riot, and Super Size Me convinced me not to eat as much fast food.
  18. I like music lists, lately i've been listening to: Weezer Teenage Fanclub Cat Stevens Dwight Twilley Alex Chilton/Big Star a little bit of Johnny Cash Third Eye Blind Bob Marley the Pixies Cakes' cover of 'I will survive' Jimmy Eat World Rancid the Talking Heads the Violent Femmes Pete Yorn Oasis Crowded House Del Amitri Matthew Sweet the Replacements the Stone Roses and...Dido!! "
  19. I would like to add that I played most of the game under the influence and it wasn't tough to figure out that Kriea was evil. It was more of a waiting game to find out when she would turn on you. I still tried to save the wench, though... (w00t)
  20. After finally finishing the game, I don't know if I could say I wasn't happy with the ending, it just seemed a little contrived. After the final battle I skipped most of the dialouge but replayed it to find...not much. And the last level was pretty easy. I was ls, and a simple force wave stunned everything in my path. And getting all of the cool Ulic Qel Droma equipment seemed moot since the game was pretty much over and wasn't about to unequip my circlet of sarkesh (sp?). When I fought Nilhus after my team layed a whuppin' on him the screen went black even though I could still hear my light sabre. I pressed the black button and hit a dialouge which brought the screen back up, but nilhus was standing there looking at me like a moron. Maybe everyone is unhappy because unlike the first game , there wasn't really a huge twist that made you go ...Oh I'M revan. Don't get me wrong, if kotor3 comes out i'll probably shell out another 65cdn for it, but I can't see myself rushing to replay this one. Oh and did anyone find out what Bao-dur found out on dxun? I learned visas response but couldn't get farther than 'ask me again later' with Bd.
  21. twenty is the answer for the tomb question, and i always lie is not a paradox
  22. I thought that eternal sunshine was pretty suprising. But I'll go out on a limb and expect flaming for saying the best time I had watching a movie this year was when me and my dealer got ripped and went to see dawn of the dead
  23. i ordered the trade paper backs for 'tales of the jedi: the sith war and dark lords of the sith' comic books and thought they were ok
  24. oh man that episode was on this morning and I forgot to watch it. That is probably my fave Seinfeld next to the summer of george. Who's going to do the feats of strength? How about Georgie boy here? Good call Cougar
  25. Mira shoots you down if you try the ' i just wanted to talk' option. I think that atton has the hots for kreia if I can remember correctly. the pixies are great too!!
