We do not "block" anglophones, we make sure that everything is available in french. As for mixing things up, I think it's in the making. More and more people are bilingual, on both "sides", as the older generations are going away (in Florida ).

If you think language is not part of a culture than you are stupid. Sure, language is not all there is in a culture, but I think it's a big part. Language has a lot to do with the identity of a people. That's why we are overly protective of it. Surrounded on every side by english, it would be swallowed eventually if we did not protect it. You think you have to be an idiot to speak french in an english world? I'll be glad to see you gone.

I'm 6'4" and 215 lbs, but around christmas I weighted 255. Just by changing my eating habits I was 210 in middle february. I try to work out more, and soon I'll start a martial arts training (don't know which yet, any suggestion?). I was thinking about kung fu or taekwondo. I need to add some muscle on me, I'm flabby.

If I understand correctly, this means a corporation will be able to go to the mayor of a city and ask for a portion of land already owned by a citizen so he can build his Big Bucks Business? If so it opens the door wide for abuse.
