  1. Hell Kitty is a spambot? Or did you mean Sand ..?
  2. You'd have to ask someone who would play it.
  3. Yrkoon Chain-yanker and Button-pusher There was a brief moment when Tarna's coffe shop held a revival, too.
  4. When I mentioned a pirated version I was thinking more of him possibly being ripped off. The region 4 DVD set definitely has all the episodes (including the extended Pegasus episode). The episode where wakes up at , is the last episode, right? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's the last one I have, so I hope so! (And what a presidency that looks to have been!)
  5. No, they are saying that any discussion with you is just a nightmare of spam.
  6. More details (like what the card is) might assist us in divining what this "weirdness" is, rather than just "bad juju".
  7. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He seems to have not enjoyed much in life or to have wished for more and been disappointed. Too bad. I have experienced memorable moments admiring girls, flowers, bees, birds, dogs, cats, trees and such. I remember the pleasure and experience it again in the memory. I may have wished for less and been pleased. :joy: <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think you're missing his point. That's not a bad idea, actually, to have negative consequences (besides "dark" alignment points). Characters could lose abilities, traits and even experience (or gain penalties; same thing).
  8. and heroine <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sure.
  9. ... And chocolate and aspirin.
  10. The artwork looks good. Also I never played Diablo, but a lot of people liked it. "
  11. As long as I don't have to tell any ...
  12. See, Fio, you should ask us FIRST. ^_^
  13. Ok this is why I try to stay away from debating because i always back myself into a corner. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Good plan. Heaven forbid you replace your cherished opinions with something that has more correlation with fact. If it were legalised you could ask in the interview "Do you smoke marijuana" and furthermore there would be a cheap test available for you to confirm it. Really, read the thread.
  14. Perhaps you should read the thread [<{POST_SNAPBACK}>] before making swingeing statements.
  15. You don't see the irony in your post? The USA tried prohibition with alcohol and gave it up as a failed experiment. I'm just looking for the World Drug Report which states the endemic nature of marijuana use, so prohibition is obviously not working there, either. It it were legalised then the government could prevent the most vulnerable from (legally) taking it, with the full force of society, like alcohol (admittedly not perfect but it I would expect it works better[citation needed] for alcohol as compared to the attempts to prevent marijuana via keeping it illegal).
  16. He doesn't buy pirated stuff and it wasn't mising a DVD. I think he said it was a "2.0", but it had all but those last two episodes, which apparently come with "2.5". I thought it was strange, because I have only one DVD title to choose from here in the UK.
  17. Super-condensed version: Cannabinoids are used by the brain to fight stress (cortisol); unlearn bad memories, relax muscles, and encourage eating. Long term effects might include damamge to memories.
  18. The abridged version: Chemically speaking, we are all potheads. ... Numerous experiments with genetically altered mice and rats have shown that when natural brain compounds, called endocannabinoids, are missing or their receptors are blocked, the animals are more susceptible to pain, cannot control their appetites, have trouble handling anxiety and are less able to cope with stress. By fully understanding and then harnessing the endocannabinoid mechanisms, researchers are eager to devise new ways to reduce pain, calm anxiety, fight obesity, stop nicotine addiction and even treat traumatic shock and Parkinson's disease-without the unwanted side effects of smoking marijuana. ... To be precise, endocannabinoids do not mimic the effects of marijuana. It is the drug, derived from the hemp plant, that approximates the brain's endocannabinoid chemistry. ... CB1 receptors are not everywhere in the brain
  19. I meant reboot before you start the game. It would be good to see if you get the same symptoms from a clean start ... you could also take a look at what services the work computer is loading on startup, too, as they may be doing odd things (and chewing up resources).
  20. Actually, the policy is to help prevent people from starting to smoke; younger people are very sensitive to price, so by increasing the price of a packet of cigarettes, the government is effectively dissuading the younglings from starting. How it spends that tax revenue is a whole other ball of wax.
  21. I'm a libertarian; the less power any third party has over my life the better. clickie
