no? how can you be so sure about that? every true disease has it's own weaknesses and it's only a matter of finding it.. only cancer is a little strange .. since it isn't really a disease as much as a freak mutation .. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> There will always be a new disease. After they beat one, another will come. But i think that we will be capable of finding cure for every disease that is thrown our way. But we will not be able to terminate diseases altogether. We will just be able to aounteract evry new one. Although some would argue that it's the same thing... P.S. about what the force is: Well it's obvious that GL borrowed elements from various religions and/or legends. It's very hard to think of something totally new without any other influence at all.

Wasn't it Ed Greenwood who created both worlds? first Greyhawk and then FR? He obviously didn't think his first creation was perfect so he tried another. And i'm not implying that FR is perfect, it whas just a thought on how FR came to be... Not sure about if Ed made Greyhawk though.

Smeg off! Source engine is suitable for pretty much any type of game. Well, at least for RPGs and FPSs. I guess, though, you have the completely unfounded misconception that an FPS engine cannot be modified to suit a non-first person RPG? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I know that you can do that, i just don't like the source engine so much. Yeah, HL2 is great and it looks awsome and bla, bla.... I would prefer a different type of engine. I don't think that source engine would be a good choice. You do, i don't end of discussion.

I hope they use the engine Bioware will be using for Dragon Age. The graphics seem very good, and perfect for an RPG. Source wouldn't fit i think.

I disagree: BG2, Fallout2, Vampire (2) bloodlines, Half-life 2, pirates! (the new one), warcraft 2 and then 3, diablo 2 (hate diablo, but the 2nd was slightly better), age of empires 2 and as it seems right now K2. Right now i can't think of more, but it'll come to me
