  1. 21 days of crazy Marocco is over, what a ride .. Rave in the desert for New Years, utterly blasphemous on the Prophets birthday (with a few german girls) and crazy road trip over the Atlas and around Sahara with my buddy, the Germans, 2 South Americans and a crazy Californian backpacker.. I'll upload pictures if people want
  2. Marrakesh is pretty crazy.. Saw a few palaces, the soukhs and learned that my rusty french goes a long way.. Incidentally the town has been invaded by roydy, rude and crazy argentinian football fans because of a huge world football club. So Im hiding in the Riad/hostel for the night
  3. Packed and ready for my trip, see you guys in a month or so - merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and New Year all around - don't do anything I wouldn't do.. Which of course pretty much leaves everything open
  4. Are there any sales on?
  5. I thought that's what happened to his father? thus explaining his vengeance on man.
  6. My friend made a rather disgustingly effective deck along those lines, but went Blue/White and had paradox haze. He also had a white rhino thing that kept exponentially multiplying during upkeep. But yeah Chronozoa can be very effective. As for drowning in quanitity I made a White/Black sacrifice Zombie deck recently. The main combo is Xathrid Necromancer to resurrect the humans and Ashond's Altar to kill them - and get mana to throw Army of the damned.
  7. Random Guy Narrates Stranger's Lives. (some are acted though, but still fun) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yxiv6pCiDDk
  8. Christopher Lee (92) wishes you a Heavy Metal Christmas!
  9. Gonna rock the Kasbah.
  10. Bartender or dad?
  11. Divergent and Mazerunner... Uintelligent pulp teenage sci fi.. Good for a hangover or bored sunday evening. Reminds me of b-movies of the 70s.
  12. I think about half of them are these days.
  13. The vocal minority makes good headlines.. Bioware knows the average player enjoyed the series on pc.. And will of course cater to these fans while ignoring the whiners, as they should.
  14. Most western countries? You can get a tax sponsored phd here as soon as you have citizenship.. And get paid 1000-2000$ a month from the state while doing it.. Hows that for social mobility?
  15. Wow.. I .. At this point I'm just amazed that they can keep making weird games that are actually exponentially wacked, while staying coherent..
  16. Gotta agree, lie down and then do the legal battle afterwards if you were improperly handled. It's a lot easier to claim the officer went out of line if you physically complied and only verbally protested. That said, we still need to take the case serious and the officer should go through extensive investigation (to discourage future use of deadly force).
  17. Old Thread here.
  18. Closed due to length, continue here.
  19. Yeah don't see the point of this to be honest..
  20. Mass Effect 1, the series has not aged that gracefully.. 2 and 3 made me forget about saving, so whenever I die I usually have to start over waaaay back. The Mako is also bloody annoying now, I liked it originally, but I just don't want to spend the time driving around badly rendered hills. Maybe I'll skip it and go straight to 2.. but that seems a bit cheap too. hmmm
  21. Something I like, if you're fighting something huuuge - it's all about avoiding being hit. I always thought it was extremely silly in western RPGs that the tiny human in thin armour could withstand a massive hit from a dragon that would essentially flatten a solid metal object of the same size. Or deflect an Ogre's sword.. The big creatures look deadly in Asian games and the humans win by speed and strategy. Which I feel is fairly realistic if such an encounter could take place.
  22. I think I'd remove the swirl and keep the AP alone. Looks more professional and less like a consultant or media house.
  23. I think you are, Inq' looks pretty good. They got rid of that plastic look, but I do see some similarities though.
  24. He ordered it with Internet Explorer.
  25. Ted-Ed Talks together on Netflix, under the Doc category, but I guess not a documentary per say..
