I know - and it was a combination of extremely bad luck on top of that, as 4 came from a system and 4 spawned on my capital through an event.. On top of that the game choose to give them the only weapon I wasn't guarding against and gave them a buckload of armor in the 2 categories I was building ships with.. Needless to say I lost pretty bad heh

Some Endless Space, a nice little 4X game.. Only problem is that pirates in this game are massively overpowered.. I'm a civilization that spans 2 galaxy arms, yet they somehow managed to produce 8 fleet about 3 times bigger and stronger than my 2 huge fleets.. In a galaxy of 7 great powers, they are now more powerful than all the civs combined I think and invading me.. Well, it's a challenge all right..

I was lucky enough to spend most of the day in the sun (almost feels like summer) and the evening/night in good company.. How should I spend my weekend though - fun or serious? I need to study, but spending time socially builds network.. decisions decisions decisions..

Well Tallinn has a lot of Danish influence, so you're basically killing two birds with one stone .. I've heard that Tallinn means "The Danish City" in the original language of the area. But if you ever swing by Copenhagen be sure to say, I'd be happy to give you some pointers on what not to miss.
I'll always love the first game the most, sure the long winded cutscenes were strange, the story was cheesy, the 4 mission types that always repeated were annoying and the fighting mechanics were a little stiff.. But I really felt like they wanted to try something and they took a chance.. After nr 2 it just seems so bland and uninspired, they took the annoying parts out, but in the process they took out some of the geist too.

just spend 200€/260$ I don't have on books I unfortunately need.. College is expensive yo! So now I'm going abuse some "opening offers" to get free coffee until 6'o clock and then free beer until midnight.. hmm, I guess I shouldn't complain.
Well maybe it's time northern Europe goes its separate way, I've always wanted to se a Scandinavian union rather than a European one, a France/Germany union would be a powerhouse and then the British could also do what they want - as a major player in their own Commonwealth. I also think southern Europe would do fine on it's own - if their people aren't paying taxes the corrupt officials won't have any power - as it is now northern Europe is essentially funding corruption in the south. Of course taking European history in to account, this would risk a future war between north and south..
This is what happens when you take a ****ed up 70/80's kid show and put dubstep to it. The door opens - and who trashes the party?
