  1. I just like war hammers due it's universal damage options crush / pierce and that's one category in weapon specialization, plus might stacks, so it's +2 mig.
  2. Quake Champions should be a good choice.
  3. Haha, funny thread Try to one shot them with something like Kalakoth's Freezing Rake... But idk why you are fighting them ^^
  4. Interesting how Obs will extend drug theme in Deadfire, would they or not... As I recall there will be special monk type...

Making a new run to hunt some achievements. After last big patch there are still old bugs and glitches, some quests are idle in journal nevertheless they are done and I got the reward - weird. I like the fact you can play from very good hero / total evil villain. A pity there is nothing like karma or something like that. When you know what to expect from the game - it's pretty easy to plan your way through the content. Gear (lootable / vendors) scales according to your level, so level is almost everything. There are some drastic moments, when you get outrageous exp. amounts for easy exploration / quests without any fights vs. situations with very tough battles with low exp. income. So if someone struggling - just leave tough fights and return when you'll be more experienced and with better gear. Also it's funny to throw somebody with teleportation into lava, there is no save roll from teleportation (weird)... Throwing barrels with deathfog into living enemies also fun
  6. Not true, he offered to buy one for Iselmyr, even had to extend his offer to Aloth. My bad then! Still only once like never
  7. Straight to the point. Pipe is something that makes him special! But Eder never offer his stuff... That's his hidden selfish trait - rat in a party!
  8. Why there is a cliche that wizards are skinny? I know for 100% that Elminster is a pro bodybuilder. But really, if wizards will have low fortitude - that will influence negatively on build diversity. Most viable build will be "glass cannon".
  9. That pushed me to thought that I never had before - Pallegina should have feathers not only on head, right? Hylea heritage and so on...
  10. KOTOR series are awesome, liked first and second very much. Too bad STAR WARS: The Old Republic is kinda meh...

Ring or necklace? I only found unique necklace with stun immunity in first act, drop from Void Woken Deep Dweller... but not a ring. Another stun immune thing is Armour of the Eternals, but it's other story...
  12. Hey, Can't find info on what's in Edér's pipe! As a farm guy he should be fond of Goldrot Chew, but I don't know for sure if it's possible to smoke that one... Word "сhew" indicates that it's being chewed, on the other hand there is non smokable chewing tobacco, still may it be Edér's preference? My guess it's whiteleaf - he is so calm and it's common in Dyrwood... I guess he should be more relaxed if it's swef, but who knows?! Carow Golan - could it be something to smoke? We should know more about ripple sponge, maybe some aumaua will share their wisdom... most certain it's for chewing as well, still most of thing could be smoked. Snowcap is another category / story, and we already have Zahua. Will we know more about this in Deadfire? What do you think?
  13. Pretty sure you remember that wrong. You didn't even get named characters in the Beta, they were just generic characters like BB Fighter. But yeah when I look at this guy, and you ask me, "Is this a fighter, or a rogue?" Well... don't be shocked if my answer isn't rogue. Anyone who says otherwise is selling something. I see that and I think: privateer. He's wearing what? Leather armor. You mean mercenary? He doesn't look piratey in any way, also, whips never made it ingame. No, technically a privateer is not the same as a pirate. It's a type of irregular combatant recruited to fight on behalf of a nation via the use of letters of marque. Does this guy look like a pirate? This is definitely a pirate. Valian one.
  14. Deflection and Accuracy stats may remain for all classes as they are currently at PoE I I think muticlass will have average from both classes e.g.: Rogue = Accuracy 30; Deflection 15; Wizard = Accuracy 20; Deflection 10; Multiclass Rogue / Wizard = Accuracy (30+20)/2; Deflection (15+10)/2 Interesting how the system will divide odd numbers, mathematics rule 0,5=1 or other rules to make 0,5=0...

Yes, this system is weird. Maximum value you can invest in civil is 5 and later on items will often grant some points in civil perks. Also "All Skilled Up" talent helps. So theoretically you can be good in several civil abilities. But it's better to focus only at one. As I've done my first run solo - picked the most valuable thing "persuasion" But I had to pick up and carry locked chests to the respec area I think most of civil abilities are almost useless... Lucky Charm - it's just more money with pretty low chance Loremaster - saving some money, but you can almost always identify at vendor Bartering - again more money Telekinesis - just quality of life Still I never had money lack.
  16. Must be shape / spiritshifting into dragon. That's the only time I'll try druid

21 or so, But I'm sure there is an option to kill every npc for squeezing a bit more experience Doing it right now - min/maxing everything to complete "for honor" Overall feeling that the game is good, but made in certain template. Almost in every new chapter / location there is a trader with OP weapon / armor so you will obliterate everybody. Like this: One item gives you almost every resist to CC Or, for instance spells like Evasive Aura / Uncanny Evasion give you 90-100% dodge chance if there is no one to hard counter with Glitter Dust (debuff - you can't evade) These dramatic bounces freak out sometimes. For me it's not as remembering and deep as obsidian products.
  18. I would like to see Helm of Balduran and cloak as well. p.s. I know it's impossible... still some kind of hidden reference would be awesome.

Some final stats of my char... Using 2 hander
  20. D:OS2 will take around 120 hours of interesting gameplay. Glad for different choices, interesting story. My expectations for arena mode were way bigger... no export / import character (I liked this option in BG1, BG2 etc. very much). Still it's a great product. No problems with camera - use wasd or arrows and "home" / "end" buttons to center your char.

Finished the game on tactician. Must admit - it's good. Still waiting for some hotfixes to complete "for honour". A bit disappointed in arena mode though - due pre generated characters only. I would like to try out my own builds, maybe there will be something in workshop soon...

Almost made it through act 2… The game is big, very big! 80 hours in it and I think it's a half - lvl 16 Still there are some quests that stay unfinished even if they are supposed to. In some cases AI is just horrible, here is an example. Never ending ally turn
