I am curious, what games if any would rate a 10. Personally I would not give any games I have played a 10 score, you? If so which ones? Why?
-
Well GTA Vice city got a 9.7 and San Andres received a 9.9. I think it's safe to say they IGN reviewer are fan's of the GTA series. Having played both of those games I disagree. They are great, but hardly perfect.

Street Kings (2008) If you can get past the fact that Keanu Reeves is super cop, this is not that bad of a film. 8/10 Edit: Changed the score

I guarantee someone will not get pregnant or get a STD if the do not have sex. There is more to sex ed than just abstinence however, education is important and I still believe it is up to the parent to teach their child, however you have to be careful with how you go about it, I also do not think condoms should be given out to school children like candy. Speaking from personal experience, not only did I have sex education in school, but was given condoms by my folks as well, I still ****ed everything that moved without protection and got girls pregnant, took them to get abortions.....so how effective was it? For me, not much. Is this taught in schools? It was not when I went, granted that was a long time ago. Do they recite Christian prayers in in public schools? The only problems people had with the pledge of allegiance was the line "one nation under god" Sorry I do not see anything wrong with the line, look at the money printed by the federal government, In God We Trust. I would still like to see direct correlation between the rise in STD and abestinence education. The STD rate has been rising for a long time now, before the US abstinence policy was even started.

Right, since of course only those on the right have political agendas Where is the evidence that the "abstinence policy" is the reason for the increase in STD? Name a 'lberal' polticial agenda that has damaged primary education to the same extent as those mentioned. Where is the proof that those you mentioned have damaged primary education?

Well NY had the chance to go 1 up..... Great game and hopefully the series matches the level of excitement of the first game.

Can you translate that for those of us who do not speak jive?

Well the Padres own the cellar after lasts night's loss, their 4th in a row. No speed, power, can't hit with runners in scoring position, or bullpen = last place. Starting pitching is good. We led the league last year in pitching, can't win if you do not score. I know it early but so far this team is terrible and most of all, boring Here are some hitting stats to show you their lack of production. 29th in hitting average 30th Slugging percentage 28th On base percentage 28th Stolen Bases 2nd Strikeouts 26th total bases 28th Runs batted in 24th Home runs 28th Runs scored

Sports games (that nobody cares about on this board) have definitely been improved, and continue to improve every year. That's even with some EA games being nothing more than a roster update, competition basically taken out of football and in some respects baseball as well. The graphics, computer AI, and options are light years ahead of their older counterparts. Nostalgia, of course plays a part. As does finances. Games simply cost $$$$$$ more to make than they used to. The smaller studios do not really have the capital, man power, maybe even a desire to take the risks that their predecessors did. Or, maybe people have just run out of new ideas.

Cowboys agree on deal to acquire Pacman from Titans ESPN.com news services The Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans have agreed in principle on a trade for suspended cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones, sources told ESPN on Wednesday. Dallas will send its fourth-round pick in Saturday's draft to the Titans for Jones. There are also conditions attached to the trade related to Jones being reinstated by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and how much he plays for the Cowboys. If he plays a significant amount of time in 2008, the Titans will get an additional pick from the Cowboys in 2009. If he doesn't get reinstated by the NFL, the Titans will send an undisclosed 2009 draft pick back to the Cowboys. Also, Pacman has reached a financial settlement with the Titans regarding his contract situation. ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that Jones must pay $500,000 to a charity chosen by the Titans sometime in the next two years. He will receive a new contract from the Cowboys.
