  1. I need a rotate/ scroll powers button and a fire power button, they need to be seperate. The quick bar is not good enough so you need to use it in conjunction with the inventory, which kinda makes it pointless. I need to have autoswitch bombs so I don't have to go into the inventory after having tossed two measly bombs, breaking my immersion. Eating chicken dumplings while combat rolling is unneccesary not to mention bad for digestion and it takes up buttons that could be used for those missing functions. Pretty simple things really.
  2. What if I hate myself and commit suicide.
  3. For approximately double the money you can get night vision goggles. Just sayin'
  4. Not crazy about a whole set of skill tree prerequisites for perks. I like it better when it is mostly (because there certainly were prerequisites in FO3) a matter of picking a flavour you like on level up. With a skill tree you are locked out of most of the top tier except the one you are at. If top tier perks also involve new or interesting mechanics, you are locked out of lets say 3/4 of the full gameplay experience. Lots of RPG type games have left me with this sense that it would be more fun to throw the rules out the window and balance the difficulty another way.
  5. Sounds awesome but It's Ubisoft, they will **** it up somehow. Sorry I was thinking of The Division.
  6. You don't have to like Assange. Matter of fact he's completely imaterial to the need of a way to disseminate information anonimously. You can't trust the news organisations they can and do make concessions when threatened by governments. As for the release of information being dangerous in itself. That is a possible outcome, but the benifits outweigh the costs on the whole.
  7. I suppose the thinking is that with the old rules of engagement people were getting away with rape. And of course now people are getting away with false rape allegations. Not really an improvement. Well, if you are a woman and don't care about objective standards in the legal system it probably does protect you from rape better than before, seeing as how you have the systemic advantage now and men you engage with are constantly going to be some degre of paranoid about your 'unstated level of consent'.

Does Homeworld have functional multiplayer yet.
  9. Well, maybe. I don't know if a simple monster nest deserves its own marker, or every campfire with a few bandits. There is actually plenty to do without grind and the Ubisofty map icons. Ubisofty in the sense that one icon always means the same gameplay and that it gets boring and repetitive fast. I remember finding a cave that turned out to be a huge complex and part of a contract I hadn't taken, now that's worth putting on the map.
  10. The map markers are lame though. Completely take away the 'I want to see what's over the next hill' effect. You can turn em off, but who's gonna do that when they have the option.
  11. I just started that very thing. The FO4 trailer inspired me to play them all again. I just started a new FO1 game for the first time in 6-7 years last night! I did Fallout 3 recently but oh god the crashes...dunno if I can go back to that game unless the maker of New Vegas Anti Crash decides to give it full support. Looking forward to another blast on New Vegas one day though, I'm currently playing Oblivion, Far Cry 3 and possibly the Bioshock Infinite DLC. Played half way through FO3 recently and had to give up. I didn't get any of those random memory leak crashes, but incredibly there are still hard crashes in certain parts. There is one right at the beginning and one in Operation anchorage DLC. They have always been there on all the hardware I've had since FO3 came out. You can get lucky and do a complete playthrough without but it's rare.
  12. I think it comes down to not being able to trust the government to do the right thing. It would have been a victory for democratic institutions if it had been able to and Snowden kinda blindsided Obama with the leaks but when it comes down to it I don't think the government's track record make it very deserving of special consideration or of being able to work this out internally.
  13. I kinda got the sense that she just postponed doing it, like it didn't have to be 'right now'.
  14. Felt contrived anyway. You have 'won' the game and then it presents you with a false dilemma just so it can show off that it has been paying enough attention to your choices to shoehorn you into one of three categories. Deus Ex HR - ending stuff going on here IMHO.
  15. Never noticed that. I'll be up for another playthrough once all the dlc are out.
  16. What, why. Why would anyone play in first person once they found out that there is a scroll out function.
  17. Why can't I have the small pleasure of looking at a female musculus maximus in the run cycle in 3rd person mode. Is that too much to ask. You are rarely invested in a fully voiced protagonist anyway and you run the risk of getting it wrong. Not to mention that character creation is out the window.
  18. Wish there was a program to create a save for the first games.
  19. Having three boosted my attack power by 1/4 or more, given how fast you can spam quick attack it is arguably overpowered considering how many leves that represents.
  20. Given the leveling system and that you have to do a high level quest, several really, to get to tier three in alchemy I don't see why the game shouldn't let you build however many bombs you want. Towards the end my straight damage bombs did practically nothing although the debuff ones were still kinda usefull.
  21. You can buy a respec potion every few levels though, once you have found the right merchant, recommended to get the full feel of what's possible.

  23. Paying a decent wage is worse than importing workers to work for low wages? Especially considering that quality of service can go to ****? Disney is a publicly traded company, their only loyalty is to the bottom line. If you want better conditions and protection for US citizen jobs look to legislation, not Disney doing the 'right thing'.
  24. Alchemy didn't seem worth it. Don't want to commit all my skill points to being able to chose between 100 tiny buffs which will then be even harder to identify and chose because of the ****ty inventory. I stopped making new potions and concoctions after about 10 I think, didn't want any more clutter.
