  1. There are Icewind Dale 2 lovers ?
  2. A Decade came and went in a universe without two-handed axes, which ones were your favorites, judgeing their standard when they came out and setting aside that they are all quite dated now. 1. Planescape Torment. A winner in my book because of strong characterisation, a ripping soundtrack, and an original story. 2. Shaddows of Amn. Spawned a whole culture of modders. Lagest in scale. 3. Tales of the sword coast. Not very large for an add on, but it's more than made up for in quality. 4. Throne of Bhaal. Sarevok reborn. The underdark. Nuff said. 5. Baldur's Gate. The original. When it came out;, the best CRPGshad ever looked like. Involving story. 6 Icewind Dale Strong 1st half of the game, the rest less impressive. 7.Trials of the Luremaster. Dungeon reminiscent of Tales of the Sword coast 8. Icewind Dale 2. Not enough time and money and it shows. Or perhaps its just that Infinity was looking too over the hill by now. I believe there was also some console only con****tion that most people didnt like, Haven't played it though.
  3. Mothership Connection, Parliament. Man I forgot how complete, tight and ass shakin' this album is. Rarely fails to put me in a good mood :S
  4. Sandwiches ?
  5. It sucked, and then it sucked some more. The fist one had it's, brief, moments. All downhill from Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhall though.
  6. Not withstanding the error, and one or two final maps who were kinda sloppily done.
  7. well yes, a fatal flaw throwing you to the desktop in the last 1/4 of the game. Not pretty.
  8. They already have half the material anyway, including voice acting
  9. And there you have it. It's not that the dev's don't know how to make awesome games, it's people who don't have any taste and could'nt tell a masterpiece if it hit them in the ass.
  10. Gaming industry rewiev writers are all whores. This is a fact. General rule of thumb : No droling shameless fawning = Game sucks royally. Drooling shameless fawning = Game may or may not be crap.
  11. Warhammer is armies crashing, not sillypuddy socially challenged shut-ins running around saving game currency for the purple losttech +5 armor, and the golden repeating bolters.
  12. Opium for the masses I guess. Easier to get everyone to sing the same tune if you ingrane dogma into them from birth.
  13. I don't think he actually said that but there was the report that Al Kaida associates had met with members of Sadam's regime prior to the attacks. The rest was left to people's imagination, and given the climate it didn't take much for people to associate one with the other without any evidence. Bush rode that uncooperated association masterfully.
  14. The language sounds a little too over enthusiastic and hokus pokus. Not exactly adademic

Norway doesen't need a free market with all that oil money.
  16. He's out of his ****ing mind. If terrorism is to be included in MAD theory none of us have very long to live. I take it what he means is : If a small govermment with no intercontinental missiles choses to target France with a dirty bomb/missile. And there is no doubt where and from whom it originated. France will retaliate in kind. Isen't the distinction that 'movements' do terrorism, Goverments do war.
  17. Bin laden and his group is neither motivated by money or the destruction of Chistianity. He wants the US to stop it's support for Saudi Arabia and Israel, and to aid the ascendancy of Islamic extremism throughout the middle east and the world. On the latter count he has been quite successful, inspiring several sister organisations. From the US perspective of course vital interests are involved, energy, long term stability. ect. If Sadam had lived in Africa he would still be merrily warring and exterminating political rivals.
  18. He's talking out of his arse of course, in an attempt to bolster the threat posed by his organisation and to appeal to slightly more moderate coleagues and public opinion in the middle east.
  19. It's a pretty stupid scam to begin with. I mean something as unusual as a human finger can be traced back through the food preparation steps. If noone is missing one, then where the hell did it come from ?. It can be DNA mached, fingerprinted ect. A ****eroach or a maggot or something would be both smarter and easier to get a hold of.
  20. I think the premise and story is pretty stupid, I mean, Jurasic park, Indiana Jones, Castaway, resident evil - Make up your ****ing mind, you can't have it all - though i'm sure that doesen't keep the network execs from thinking themselves geniouses. The acting and characterisation is pretty solid though. Thats what makes it worthwhile.
  21. Foiled by the second cousin of the American dream, the paydirt lawsuit. It's much safer to kill someone, assuming you have the money to buy a legal superstar of course.
  22. That song always makes me twitch, supressing some potentially embarassing emotional reaction.
  23. The funkiest white man alive. Bob james: Westchester lady, Nautilus, Nigthcrawler. All php is buggered for me so I can't post his goofy face. http://images-jp.amazon.com/images/P/B0000...01.MZZZZZZZ.jpg
  24. I was writing something when the random function on my mp3 player selected Blue in Green and I kinda zoned out and my attention drited to my weedbag. it'll be nice for the story if he forgets to use italics. Shut the **** up Donny
