The factual errors of this documentaries, most of which have a rather heavy political slant, are nowhere near as rampant as people would have you believe, most of them are simply part and parcel of filmmaking. For instance people would rave that he uses stock footage of one meeting of the NRA a while back while the voice over is about another more recent one.

Neuclear is the best shot we have of a 'clean' energy supply providing we can find safe storage for spent neuclear fuel. Environmentalists who stage blockades at neuclear fuel transports are being unrealistic about their own aims. You can't seriously expect to power a modern society with windmills and solar cells, and if you can't, that energy is going to come from traditional 'dirty' sources like coal. Neuclear accidents are spectacular and terrifying, but they ammount to practically nothing compared to the effect of traditional energy consuption on the environment. Tree death, acid rain, smog. etc.

You can be a proud as you like but you can't threaten death and desctuction over a very general percieved insult to your religion and expect people to just brush it off as a cultural difference. Both the insult and the reaction may be breaking the rules of civil conduct, but if the reaction is a deaththreat it's a whole other ballpark.

I'm of the opinion that Muslims in general need to develop tougher skin when someone insults their religion. In Europe, with the notable exception of Italy, we can generally be depended on not to freak out beyond measure when an artist of provocateur insults Christianity. The more insults the quicker we can toughen them up and bring them into the 21st century, with the understanding that racism can sometimes go hand in hand with these insults, and that we must recognise and distance ourselves from it.

That happens if you cover your nose to keep snot from flying everywhere and prevent the pressure from escaping, your ears pop and your arm hurts. I suppose it's preferable to your head exploding.

Well, you can keep saying that the coalition should hold out in perpetuity, the situation really does not look like it's going to stabilise and the coalition does not posess any measures to make it happen, all it can do is force a local temporary lul in the wake of a major offensive/crackdown. All the coalition is doing is making sure the government is not overthrown, and with presidential elections looming in the US, that guarantee can't even be confidently made. As for the bigger picture, the indication that you are somehow limiting terrorism, and 'fighting them in Iraq rather than in the US' seems like a leap of logic to me. The mere presence of American troops in the middle east is, it would seem to me, an enormous boon to the international islamist extremists.

It's a revered custom to be suitably snooty to Americans while lecturing them on world politics and how they should be ashamed to exist.
