I'd like to hear what actual humans think before buying.

I would be buying fur coats if I paid 10-35%. Don't really need fur coats, but I could totally buy them. If I paid somewhere in the middle, say 20%, I would only have to work a few days a week to stay afloat. We start at 48% and the highest bracket is 60- something percent.

Historically scientific advances follow prolonged warfare, so whether a society is inclusive or not is not as important than whether it has a perceived sense of urgency. It need not be active warfare, take the US and the USSR space race for instance.

If I can stomach more than 20 mins of it it will already be an improvement. It looks like every other shooter out now, engine wise. Hopefully the augs and alternate approach philosophy will mean that it plays much better.

What if you want to enable a developer console by adding a line to the shortcut target. You get a STEAM error and the game won't start. Is there a known workaround to this ?

Or a single card with a dual GPU.

Where do you find the game dir of something installed with STEAM, say if you wanted to install skins, mods, etc.

I went with ASUS VE276Q 27". Seemed like a good compromise. For twice what I spent could have had a Dell which was actually pretty nice. A step up in resolution, better image quality, but for the budget this will do.

Very low power consumption, LED backlit, at 29 watt maximum, the lowest I have seen in any of the 27" i have browsed. 2 ms response time, which should be plenty fast. 1920 x 1080. The jump to 2560 x 1440 is quite an expensive one, so it will have to do.

Buying a flat screen for a friend, the specs look pretty confusing though. I'm not entirely sure what it is that makes one model twice the price of a comparable one in terms of resolution and response time.
