    Finished yesterday. The cochise AI won because I apparently forgot one last encounter before I left. I decided to call it a result instead of reloading and running around looking for usable computer terminals.

    Charlacter leveling looks path of exile ish with way too many options and no real way of telling exactly what you are buying untill you completed the game five times.

    Makes sense for thos kinds of features to be included in a test version though. On final release. No. Companies could never live with that. Too much at stake for microsoft.

    So how far has the store infiltrated the OS. Can't play a file format and it will take you there to 'suggest' things you could buy. Spam popups for sales like STEAM. Don't think it isn't going to happen.

    You are refering to corporations that ensure everybody plays by the rules they pay for to be established? Industry oversigth and regulation isn't always corrupt. It just seems to happen with alarming regularity in the US in particular and other places as well I'm sure.

    Idealists tend to forget the predatory nature of capitalism if there is no one forcing everyone to play by the same rules.

    That's nice and everything but we still have countries and we still have armies, people still band together based on culture and ethnicity, there is still a need for the security provided by the nation state. That security is provided by the excercise of force. What would the social contract be without a big stick to back it up.

    If there has been one constant throughout human history it has been warfare and conquest. Somehow I doubt we are done with that.

    An anarchist utopia I would imagine to be a village size community of say a few thousand people were everyone could participate daily in direct democracy, as opposed to the representative kind, so what happens when the warlord from the neighbouring town invades. Doesn't history teach us that the creation of empires, and by extention nation states is unavoidable.

    I like the concept art. The gameplay footage, if that's what it is, not so much.

    It's windows 9 not windows 10. Makes me wonder what they are going to do next time. Maybe a reboot so the actual windows 10 will be 'windows' by microsoft.

    What's the alternative though, aren't people always going to seek power and to consolidate that power. If we did away with all nation states, how long before they would arise again ?

    So we have to familiarize ourselves with what must be a several thousand page curriculum before we can partake. I have to say I like the ambition.

    I thougth this was interesting for how the Communists managed to sieze control of a popular movement and turn it authoritarian. You can skip past the questions.

    Those character design pics are indeed pretty horrible. What's up with the cutlass - bow. Is she going to parry sword blows with it ? I think the problem here is reliance on a 3d engine. Start with pen and paper instead.

    It's kinda funny how you keep painting this as a second spanish civil war. Is everyone in Russia lapping that up or what ?
