The 3rd video is good in giving a perspective from the US players playing in euroleague. There are multiple parts and I'm laughing so much hearing their stories.

Hardcore! You can see the crazy in his eyes, or you could if it had a couple of more pixels.

Anime and Manga - I respect the first human to have eaten a mushroom

It does progress, but very slowly. The last chapter was particularity out there. Idk, I like the manga. The side characters are just that, side characters. Some are interesting and some not so much. I guess it's easier to go through it all in a manga, especially considering it's usually very short form. I quit the anime after a few episodes out of frustration, so there is that too.- 501 replies

Not like I drink, but my recommendation for something commercially available would be Hacker Pschorr.

I mean Mononoke failed spectacularly in Serbia too. People were bringing their children in to watch it and promptly exiting when arms and heads started flying. It was missadvertised as a children movie.- 501 replies

For me it was pretty much the opposite. The beginning of the movie, where the world building was established was fairly interesting and had my attention, but the latter half completely lost me and dragged on. Seems it's the 25th anniversary of Princes Mononoke. https://www.bbc.com/culture/article/20220713-princess-mononoke-the-masterpiece-that-flummoxed-the-us- 501 replies

You've sent me down a black hole...

Either as collective or by chain of command. Collectively no one was willing to do anything except to prevent the parents from getting their kids, while still getting their own. By chain of command for the fear or failure and bad press that would result from said failure. What do you think could be the reason then for their inaction?

What have I been pretending about? You have shown that you can attack my spelling and not the subject of conversation. Please don't make me go and find all the assumptions you have been making. Yes, I am assuming they are coward and yes, I could be wrong, but I think it's a fairly "educated" assumptions from all the failures I have seen previously. What you are just saying is that the failure is systematic, be it in training or hiring process and I agree. Not everyone should be allowed to be a police officer and training should be standardized. I have no idea what you think a policemans job is, but I know that it's to protect the public order, or at least that is what it should be. Either way I have no clue what you are defending here, or why you feel the need to, but to each their own. Preach!

Exactly and they are still there with bullets zipping pass them, getting ready to charge when the order comes in. I guess the only thing they picked up from the military, apart from the equipment, is shooting unarmed civilians. When the alternative is to just let the bodies hit the floor? I would say yes, they are supposed to charge in. They are trained and equipped to respond quickly and minimize casualties. But I guess they were too busy drawing straws on who was going to take point on "going through the door". I repeat, I never said all policeman are bad or that all fireman are good. But you would have to agree that there are plenty of video records that are not painting a good picture about policemen. I am not a police officer nor would I ever be one. Same as with any other profession that would put my life in danger. How I would react in a matter of life and death, I have no idea. I would like to imagine with bravery, but that is just that, imagination. Excuse you, but I already look like I have a bad ass. It's from all the sitting. Could be, it's just that after everything I have seen from the US police officers, it looks like all the bad things that we see from them are either triggered by fear or corruption.
-
@Gromnir How was it a suicide charge? Where did I say they needed to charge one by one? How do you know what is fireman standard procedure? What is the point of all the Military Tacticool equipment? Is being in the military just elaborate suicide? Did I say anywhere that all police officers are cowards, or that all fireman are heroes?
