Shouldn't Health and Endurance Be Switched?
Here's a novel idea, how about we have health and...now hear me out...more health. Scrap endurance/stamina.

Build Thread
No idea to be honest, for the last decade I was on nvidia, but amd has made a strong showing. It's either going to be a 980 or the next thing that comes from amd.

How to fix combat? It's still the big offender in the BB.
Sure, I'm a big proponent of "make a system and let others do with it what they want", but this isn't the system we were "promised". This stinks of modern systems that have 4 molds, mage/damage dealer/tank/support. There are enough games already that do this system and I doubt that Obs will do much better then them. As for glass canon not being the best build, well I have seen nothing yet that proves otherwise.

Build Thread
Pulled the trigger on a Intel 5920k, Rampage V, Corsair 16GB 2666Mhz DDR4, Corsair 760T and a Noctua NH-D15 (wanted to go for a CM Nepton 280l but they stopped manufacturing it and the stocked sold out by the time I ordered it :/). So the build is going to look something like this for now: CPU: Intel 5920k MOBO: Rampage V Extreme RAM: Corsair 16GB 2666Mhz DDR4 GPU: Asus 560Ti SSD: Vertex 4 128GB PSU: Seasonic 660X Case: Corsair 760T Monitor: Samsung T220

There shouldn't be glass cannons period. The fact that there are builds in this game that can be classified as such, makes me lose faith in it.

The "Free" Press of The West
The problem is not disinterest in my opinion, the problem is that this new information is going against what was already established about Kosovo. Also there was plenty of interest for this: http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/oct/14/serbia-albania-euro-2016-flag-halted http://www.itv.com/news/2014-10-14/serbia-albania-euro-2016-football-qualifier-abandoned-after-drone-sparks-fight-between-players/ http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-29627615 http://www.westerndailypress.co.uk/VIDEO-Astonishing-scenes-Serbia-Albania-football/story-23164806-detail/story.html http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/euro-2016/11163216/Serbia-v-Albania-abandoned-following-mass-brawl-after-drone-flies-over-stadium-carrying-Albanian-flag.html http://edition.cnn.com/2014/10/14/sport/football/serbia-albania-game-abandoned/index.html http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/violence-sees-match-abandoned-as-albanians-and-serbs-meet-on-football-field-for-first-time-since-1967-9794930.html

The "Free" Press of The West
I agree with you, globally the press has gone to ****, but it gals me when people here hold up the Western press as the beacon of truth and objectivity. I'm not surprised, this was posted for the benefit of a few select people on this forum in a vein effort to bring some perspective to their views. I know it's pointless, but I still felt like doing it.

The "Free" Press of The West
An article came out on the front page of our most prominent news paper in my country. What was it about? Well, Jacques Hogard, the leader of French special units that were stationed in Kosovo during the conflict, gave a interview about his time there on account of his book "L'Europe est morte à Pristina" that came out this year. What did he say? Well nothing good about the Kosovo Liberation Army or the involvement of NATO in the conflict. His interview ranged from KLA's hit lists for Serbs, destroying and talking property from Serbian residents to outright killing them. Still after reporting all that to his superiors, their support for KLA remained unchanged. He left the army in the year 2000 because of his involvement in the conflict. Now this is nothing new for me, as far as information goes, but it's galling that apart from a few French TV shows and articles there are ZERO articles in English about it. Any reporter that is worth his salt would jump on an article like this, especially with the situation in Ukraine going on, but no there is not a single article in English that I can find. Hurray for the free press of the West!
