  1. The problem is not disinterest in my opinion, the problem is that this new information is going against what was already established about Kosovo. Also there was plenty of interest for this: http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/oct/14/serbia-albania-euro-2016-flag-halted http://www.itv.com/news/2014-10-14/serbia-albania-euro-2016-football-qualifier-abandoned-after-drone-sparks-fight-between-players/ http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-29627615 http://www.westerndailypress.co.uk/VIDEO-Astonishing-scenes-Serbia-Albania-football/story-23164806-detail/story.html http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/euro-2016/11163216/Serbia-v-Albania-abandoned-following-mass-brawl-after-drone-flies-over-stadium-carrying-Albanian-flag.html http://edition.cnn.com/2014/10/14/sport/football/serbia-albania-game-abandoned/index.html http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/international/violence-sees-match-abandoned-as-albanians-and-serbs-meet-on-football-field-for-first-time-since-1967-9794930.html
  2. I agree with you, globally the press has gone to ****, but it gals me when people here hold up the Western press as the beacon of truth and objectivity. I'm not surprised, this was posted for the benefit of a few select people on this forum in a vein effort to bring some perspective to their views. I know it's pointless, but I still felt like doing it.
  3. An article came out on the front page of our most prominent news paper in my country. What was it about? Well, Jacques Hogard, the leader of French special units that were stationed in Kosovo during the conflict, gave a interview about his time there on account of his book "L'Europe est morte à Pristina" that came out this year. What did he say? Well nothing good about the Kosovo Liberation Army or the involvement of NATO in the conflict. His interview ranged from KLA's hit lists for Serbs, destroying and talking property from Serbian residents to outright killing them. Still after reporting all that to his superiors, their support for KLA remained unchanged. He left the army in the year 2000 because of his involvement in the conflict. Now this is nothing new for me, as far as information goes, but it's galling that apart from a few French TV shows and articles there are ZERO articles in English about it. Any reporter that is worth his salt would jump on an article like this, especially with the situation in Ukraine going on, but no there is not a single article in English that I can find. Hurray for the free press of the West!
  4. The people in Nazi Germany were very happy too.
  5. LoL, you guys are so funny. Lock and trap xp was so minor and insignificant in all of the IE games that it isn't even worth mentioning. Like do you guys even remember how little xp was gained from it...
  6. Ah, ok. Then I don't understand how you can defend Bioware after DA2 and their marketing spiel on it. Any doubt people have for DA:I is more then warranted.
  7. Nep, do you per chance work for Bioware (at EA)?
  8. But that's the point, combat should neither be repetitive or quick.
  9. All the gameplay design that is in the background of the game makes me wanna play it and all the gameplay design that is in the forefront makes me not wanna play it...
  10. Still waiting for components to arrive in my country... The processor and some mb's are available, but still no word on when ddr4 ram modules will arrive. I guess if I waited this long, I can wait a little longer.
  11. It's still mind boggling to me, that in a combat centric game there is no kill xp.
  12. Damn, that girl has a bendable back. She popped out that ass to Mars.
  13. Huh, really? That is mighty brave of them. I'll keep an eye out for that stream then.
  14. Not as far as I know and my money is on there not being any until release.
  15. Voted for 1, 2, 3, 4.
  16. In what universe?
  17. They should have just let those guys in the Apache take care of them, they wouldn't have even broken a sweat.
  18. Going from doing nothing all week to working full time sure makes those weekends short. I suspect that when I start working for real (finish training) they are going to be even shorter.
  19. They probably took money from their expansion funds.
  20. They are trying to change her every which way, just so that people will like her... Anyways seems like she got her Avatar Form back and Toph is alive.
  21. Yeah but no Kate Beckinsale, so it's probably gonna suck. Half the fun of the first movies was seeing her in a leather suit...scratch that, 3/4 of the fun was in that. Anyways seen the Exam today, was a pretty good movie.
  22. I'm afraid that you will not find sane answers in this thread. For most people in here things are painfully black and white, though it does help to illustrate why things are as they are in the world today.
  23. Who the **** wanted minimal suspension of disbelief? Baldur's Gate was high fantasy, this should be high fantasy too. Also death is funny place to draw the line for suspension of disbelief in this game. I use the term "degenerate gameplay" for the same thing Josh used it in the IE games. This whole cluster**** of a mess originated from Josh's view on the degenerate gameplay in the IE games. I have yet to see one system in PoE, that was made to cure degenerative gameplay in the IE games, work.
