Interesting. All 7 weeks is paid for me, but its a "use it or lose it" deal regarding the 4 personal weeks. We cant roll it into the next year, or sell it back to the company, and I almost never take vacations during the year, so I have to burn it all down in Nov and Dec.

Whats the vacation amount for a 52yo? I get 4 weeks to use at will, and then we get another 3 weeks in various religious and national holidays (IE: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, etc.). Do you get additional vacation days for your countrys respective holidays?
